Multiple "Oh" and "Ahaaa" moments during the day. The light bulbs really started working and just in the short time since his training we have Foreman, Lead Technicians, and Project Managers... I have seen Tim speak at many events in the past like JLC with great insight to how the production process works. It was time that the rest of our staff shared in his experience and knowledge. Remodelers Advantage Tim Faller is a wealth of inmation, delivered from a perspective of someone who lives what they teach. Our field managers were excited to make changes after his visit, and all of them commented on the fact that this wasn't just "some consultant talking". To them, these were real-world suggestions... They had more confidence in our processes and they had a better general understanding of the part they can play in helping reach the goals of the company. The explanation of how the production team fits into the big picture was great. Tim did a great job of simplifying issues that can become complex. Desire to improve Yes, A part TWO, THREE, and further would be a great benefit. I would love to have Tim back at least once a year (or twice) with implementation plans and follow through. We hit the surface of our challenges with this visit, it would be great to go deeper and also be part of the implementation The one on one with the carpenters, it empowered them to speak truthfully and openly in turn making them feel that they make a difference the financial discussion regarding the loss of income because of down time or in correct time sheets was appreciated Tim connected with our production team and had them energized to improve themselves We had great feedback instantly from our Design Staff. It is now up to us to drive through the changes and see them through. The production team really listened to Tim because he came from production. He had instant credibility with them. It may it easier them to want to listen to his ideas improvement. I was most satisfied with Tim's effectiveness at running the training. I felt everything was very well done and that Tim was able to communicate the concepts in a very understandable fashion. I also like the fact that our training on the second day was geared specifically towards the needs of our company. I would highly recommend Tim Faller's Lead Carpenter Training to all professional remodelers who want to gain control over the day to day field operations, raise financial profitability and enable the owner to spend more time working "on" the business and not "in" the business. Our team in engaged and excited about the improved communications between the office and field. It is an ongoing and systematic eft to implement all we learned, but we are all committed to make permanent change.
