2 Salary data were prepared based on a sample 506 records: 5 final offers presented to candidates by Grafton s Clients, researched in Q &Q 07 and Q 08. Data covers most frequently, in our view, occurring brackets. Current salaries of 80 Candidates participating in processes led by Grafton in Q &Q 07 and Q 08 in Poland. Analysis of salaries offered in 57 IT companies, cooperating with Grafton Recruitment Poland. The minimal sample, qualifying a record to be presented in the survey was 6 records. A salary bracket was considered to be presented when it occurred in at least 75% individually researched cases per role. Benefit data were aggregated based on 957 candidate interviews performed in Q 07 & Q 08. Availability & Talent Pool data were processed based on online platforms analysis, with particular Focus on LinkedIn and backed by analysis of Grafton s own proprietary database. Each role has been researched using a set of standardized activities by main and supplementary keyword. Data were processed in a qualitative way to present the final result. The real sizes of the IT Talent Pool sample can vary from presented one by way of willingness of the candidates to be present on social media platforms. However, this analysis also indicates which candidates are reachable via this channel, which is an additional, valuable measure. 7
