Across all divisions at Anatolia Constructions we have worked to ensure that we not only understand our regulatory and legislative responsibilities but ensure that we go above and beyond. Environment Anatolia Constructions is committed to providing quality service in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for its employees, and to minimise our potential impact on the environment. We operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices. We measure our impact on the environment and set targets for ongoing improvement. We regularly liaise with government authorities, to ensure not only compliance, but to follow our company policy of continuous improvement. Health & Safety Safety is an inherent part of how we carry out our business every day. It is our duty of care to provide unwavering standards across the business. This is shown through our core values and an inherent part of our day to day operations. The focus is based on progressively improving upon our own practices to ensure that our clients get the best build possible. 7 7 ISO Certification As a business we currently hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO and ASNZS 4801 certification. We hold these certifications as it allows our business to systematically asses our own performance and standards. We don t just want to build for our clients we want to ensure we become their chosen development partners, going above and beyond on each project, providing the highest quality. We are able to monitor these controls through management reviews and structured business targets. This provides a tangible way to measure our performance on our projects, business systems and tender submissions. To retain certification we are regularly assessed by an independent body and always look forward to demonstrating the ways which we excel.

Anatolia Constructions is fully committed to ensuring that its Integrated Management Sys-tem meets the necessary requirements and is incorporated into its operations and has the following characteristics: Alignment and certification to ISO 9001:2015. An annual review of the policy, objectives and elements of the system. Promote understanding of clients needs, together with a culture of exceeding client expectations. Monitoring our performance through metrics to continually improve our processes and services. The Quality Management System will be communicated to all employees and be available to interested parties. Anatolia Constructions has set our objectives for quality: 1. Obtain and retain ISO 9001:2015 certification. 2. Anatolia Constructions has as a core business goal to prevent environmental pollution through a robust Environment Management System. We have established environmental objectives: Use a planned approach to minimise the impact of our activities on the environ ment andcultural heritage. We realise that no work task is so important that it causes significant damage to theenvironment. To ensure the ongoing effectiveness of our EMS, we will commit to continually im prove ourprocedures and processes. We shall comply with all relevant Environmental Legislation and Regulations. We are committed to setting and reviewing our objectives and targets. We are committed to delivering and achieving these objectives whilst respecting the community, our clients and the environment. It is important that we as a team understand our mutual obligations and responsibilities. EMS Objectives and Targets Anatolia Constructions commits to the following objectives and measurable environmental stretch targets: No regulator reportable incidents. Obtain and retain certification to the ISO 14001:2015 standard. Optimise reuse and recycling on our projects. No incidents of pollution of waterways or land.

We have established strategic health and safety objectives: 1. Prevent health and safety impacts from our work. 2. We realize that no work task is so important that the risk of injury to our people is acceptable. 3. WHS Management objectives and Targets Anatolia Constructions commits to the following objectives and measurable health and safety stretch targets: 1. Have no loss time incidents (LTI s) each year. 2. To have no Medical Treatment incidents (MTI s) each year. 3. To conduct WHS audits of the entire system every year. 4. Conduct WHS related onsite consultations at least weekly. 5. To retain certification to AS/NZS 4801:2001.

11 11 Social Responsibility Anatolia Constructions is proud to support a variety of charities and community organizations through donations and participation in fundraising events. We do this to give back to the com-munity we help build. We work with organizations such as Cystic Fibrosis QLD, Street Smart and a range of other charities helping shape the future of Queensland and Australia. We understand the impact on communities that construction projects can cause. We go out of our way on each and every project to ensure that the local community is engaged.
