1 Recent Updates to Update My Info - Nanny and Tutor Resource Center Your CNT nanny profile that you originally created via the online application has undergone recent changes. This is in preparation for the upcoming CNT mobile application and other enhancements. You will continue to login to the Nanny and Tutor Resource Center per usual, but certain functionality has changed. Once you login to the Resource Center, navigate to Update My Info (below) and review the changes outlined below. This NEU provides you the details of what has changed and the expectation is that after completing this tutorial, you will make the changes accordingly to some sections and/or contact your CNT office to update the other areas. Remember to check your profile regularly to ensure it is up to date and correct. A best practice is to ensure your nanny profile is the best representation of your current skills, experience, information, etc. on a monthly basis.

2 As of May 19, 2014 the new updates to your nanny profile Update My Info are as follows: 1. Transportation Preferences + Childcare Experience In the About section under the General Information tab (below) both the Transportation Preferences and Childcare Experience areas have changed. To make changes in your nanny profile, click the pencil icon next to the appropriate section. Simply clicking Edit General Information may NOT take you to the correct area to make edits.

3 a. The Transportation Preferences includes 2 new questions that ask: Has Registered and Insured Vehicle? and Has Access to Public Transportation? (below). The format has also changed to answering either Yes or No for each question. On your first login to the Resource Center, you will have the ability to answer each question. After that, any changes will need to be made your local CNT office. Additionally, make sure to update the public transportation field as it applies to your current situation. As with all aspects of your nanny profile, make updates on a regular basis. CONTINUE

4 b. The Childcare Experience portion of the nanny profile has changed to replace Child Age Preference. This updated field contains a heightened screening process of ensuring nannies experience with various age groups, special needs, multiples and languages. Your original information from the Childcare Preference was merged into the Childcare Experience section. Your local CNT office will have the ability to include a description of your experience that the office can utilize when making a Role Model Match. On your next check-in with your CNT office, you can discuss this area so it can be updated and validated, especially if any of your information as changed. There is an example below that shows the information that will be added. A description of experience is required for ages 0 4 (0-1, 1-2, 2-4) and special needs. Remember to connect with your CNT office to discuss your experience and skills as demonstrated in the below fields.

5 2. Allergies + CPR/First Aid In the About section under the General Information tab (below) a field for detailing Allergies has been added to the nanny profile. Under the Training Information portion of the nanny profile, the CPR/First Aid fields have changed as well.

An Allergies field has been added for nannies to include any allergies they may have, which will allow your CNT office to better match you with assignments and communicate to families that you will provide nanny care for as a CNT employee. Update accordingly. b. The CPR/First Aid area has been modified to switch to Taken but Expired once the expiration date passes. Once this expiration date occurs, you will need to connect to your CNT office to make the relative changes to your CPR and First Aid status. Also, the Child and Adult options have become check boxes that you can select for the appropriate level of CPR and First Aid certifications you have. Also, review the other NEU s in the Resource Center > NannyU > Nanny Education Units that highlight the expectations for updating your nanny profile, completing your Timesheets and recaps as well as the frequency of entering your availbility in online.
