We are a leading player in the cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, respiratory and women's healthcare segments. 4 Zydus - Animal Health Zydus Animal Health is a revered name in the Indian Animal Health Industry. It has a strong presence in all major therapeutic segments. In order to cater to specific needs of different animal species, Zydus AH operates through species based strategic business units (SBUs). Zydus AH, with a technically trained field force and an organized distribution network, provides roundthe-clock technical services to the veterinary and farming fraternities in India. Various forms of dosages manufactured at various manufacturing units which comply with the global regulatory norms including that of USFDA, WHO, cgmp, MHRA, ANVISA, ANSM and others has led to a strong presence in the global generic markets. Zydus - Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) The API business has 5 manufacturing facilities; two each at Dabhasa (near Vadodara) and Ankleshwar and one at Changodar (near Ahmedabad). The two largest facilities located at Dabhasa and Ankleshwar are inspected by all major regulatory bodies of different countries including USFDA. The facilities serve the requirement of internal (captive) as well as external (merchant) customers. API business unit has two state-of-the-art research and development centers at Dabhasa and Changodar. It has a vibrant marketing team, based at Vadodara office.

5 Zydus Research Centre - ZRC A state-of-the-art research wing of the Zydus Group, dedicated to high-end research in the field of New Drug Discovery and Development, aims at achieving the company s goal of alleviating human suffering, and creating healthier and happier communities globally. ZRC has complete preclinical capability for evaluation of safety and toxicity of NCEs, NBEs, generics, impurities, similar biologics and vaccines, as per the requirements of various national and international regulatory authorities. ZRC has facilities and capabilities for designing new drugs using in silico methods as well as SAR-based approach. ZRC is the first Pharmaceutical R&D Centre in the country that has indigenously discovered and developed India s first NCE and the first Glitazar class drug in the world. The compound is named Saroglitazar and is available in the market as Lipaglyn for treatment of diabetic dyslipidemia and hypertriglyceridemia uncontrolled by statins. ZRC has also developed and launched the first biosimilar version of Adalimumab in the world. Key Responsibilities: Summary: Production Planning: - 1. Preparation Weekly production plan along with manufacturing on rolling basis ( 4+1 week ) considering the Demand priority and taking weekly commits from manufacturing and providing the same to Demand 2. Creation of Work Order for issuance to BMR & BPR along with batch split where required 3. Tracking / Monitoring weekly commits regularly, basis the priority and commitment week, and providing the update to Demand for outflow of finished goods as per commitment /dispatch plan

7 4. Monitoring RM PM availability as per manufacturing schedule. Co-ordination with Purchase for timely availability of RM & PM materials. 5. Co-ordination with warehouse & QC for timely release of materials as per requirement of production plan. And for FG, co-ordination with QC & QA for FG release 6. Monitor the Re-test material and giving priority for analysis 7. Tracking the batches having issues and take it to the appropriate forum to resolve the same 8. Addressing CCF, TTC, Deviations appropriately 9. Handling Artwork Change Inventory Control : 10. Responsible for the RM, PM, SFG & FG( having issues) inventory 11. Ready to take inventory targets & take necessary action to achieve the same 12. Must have clarity of Safety Stocks concept and understands the impact of over consumption and under consumption 13. Review near expiry regularly & take necessary action to bring new material or enhance the shelf life here applicable 14.
