2 ABOUT US BIT Training Centre is a leading Educational Institution which is under BIT INDIA Charitable Trust. It is started in a single mission to fulfill the basic needs of the common people all over India. Picking education as its prime service to the people for making them employable through EES Programmes and SET Programmes by the help of CSR project of the MNCs.

3 CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) Projects CSR is defined as the voluntary activities undertaken by a company to operate in an economic, social and environmentally sustainable manner. 4 PROGRAMMES EES It stands for EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT SKILL. Duration-90 days Includes IT & ITES training. IT includes computer education subjects like DOS, Windows, Power point, Excel, Word,Access, Internet. ITES includes training on soft skill like communication skill, team management, SWOT analysis, resume preparation, interview tips etc. SET It stands for SELF EMPLOYABILITY TRAINING Duration- 180 days each Includes- Mobile Phone Repairing, Laptop Repairing, Desktop Repairing, Computer Hardware, Computer Networking, Auto Cad, Animation & Multimedia etc.

After completion of training, students will get certificates and chance to sit in 4-5 campuses good placements. SET This is totally free for trainees. Have to pay only Assessment Fee i.e. Rs.1500/- only. Student will get practically oriented training and after completion of training, they will certificates and chance to sit in 4-5 campuses for good placements.

13 Responsibilities Of BM Branch Managers are leaders and innovators in their communities. Run their branch like its their own business. Have direct responsibility in increasing revenues and profitability. Collaborate with range of people to get results. Make decisions based on their market and community and develop plans to increase their customer base. Translate opportunity in the community into success in the branch. Responsibilities of HR HR can manage the CSR plan implementation and monitor it adoption proactively while documenting its success through out the company. The main work of HR is to do recruitment with the support of senior HR Manager. Prepare the induction training for new employees. Checks and maintain the presence of employee in their respective work.

14 Responsibilities of FRM Franchise relationship Manager oversees new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures. He is responsible for finding and developing new franchisees for the business. A FRM should have skills to convey the business strategy to new franchisees. A FRM offers support to franchisees, which ensures the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities of CRM Centre relationship Manager should know their Centre needs, wishes and dreams. CRM will not only solve Centre requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer issues and challenges. CRM checks the enrollment process of the centres and clarify their doubts Responsibilities of Unit Manager After completion of OJT, the candidates are called Unit Managers. They work as a centre head. They work as a team leader. They work as a office administrator. Handle the centre and report the feedbacks to Branch Manager.

15 Working Procedures All employees are expected to be punctual and reach office on time. If any employee goes out of the station to avail his/her leave, contact details should be furnished in the leave application to specific department. To encourage performance of the deserving employees, company has an increement policy. Any act of indiscipline / misconduct / unprofessional behaviour in the organization cannot be tolerated by the company and can attract termination and immediate dismissal without any notice,costs or benefits.

16 Reportings Firstly all reportings should be sent via mail or maintain branch MIS reports. BM - reporting to Head Office HR + MD HR reporting to Head Office HR + MD System Admin reporting to BM FRM- reporting to HR+BM CRM reporting to FRM+HR Unit Manager reporting to BM+FRM Finally via mail ur composed mail should be sent to your concern reporting person with carbon copy to company mail id positively. The reporting language should be professional, formal and in well courteous manner.

17 Franchise & Agreements Company can give to franchise for implementing EES & SET programmes. The requirements are- minimum 1500 sqft area of office, minimum 20 seated Lab/Class, minimum 3 no. Of faculties according to subject, 1 receptionist,1 peon. Centre verification will be done by the company then agreement will be done between two parties. No Franchise fee will be charged.

18 Franchise & Agreements Centre will get benefits like for EES programme the trainer remuneration charges will be Rs. 10,000/- per month. For SET programme the trainer remuneration charges will be Rs. 15,000/- per month. After completion of assessment within 45days candidates will get certification and within next month the centre will get their bill payment as per the MOU Terms and Conditions.
