We are a BACS Apprved Bureau Carval is a BACS apprved bureau which means that we receive a 3- yearly independent assessment f ur business practices, standards, prcedures and cntrls cvering 5 key areas f ur peratin: Bureau rganisatin & financial infrmatin; Physical security; Cmputer peratins; Applicatins & system supprt; BACS prcessing and peratins Carval s Educatin Payrll Bureau ffers a full payrll service t schls which includes the prcessing f all payrll infrmatin, all HMRC submissins, payment f staff by BACS credit and the disbursement f all 3rd party mnies and reprts. Carval is als an experienced HR and Payrll sftware supplier. We use ur wn payrll sftware in ur bureau as it is RTI cmpliant and geared t facilitate the peratin f multiple jb psts and aggregated Natinal Insurance. Schls/Academies are prvided with a suite f mnthly payrll reprts and infrmatin which includes a pre-payrll reprt apprximately 10 days prir t payday, thus minimising payday queries. Payslips and full payrll reprts are sent prir t payday which includes the specific accunting jurnals required fr each mnths payrll. Every client schl has access t a secure data link with us s payrll infrmatin can be sent and received safely and prmptly. Once yu have decided yu wuld like t change yur payrll prvider there are varius steps yu need t take: Obtain Apprval frm yur Gverning Bdy/Trust Give ntice t yur current prvider (sme may require up t 6 mnths) Obtain yur BACS service user number (currently used by yur existing prvider) Infrm yur Bank that the Payrll Bureau will be changed and prvide details particularly their Bureau number Set up the BACS payment limit with yur bank Make any necessary changes t yur Finance Regulatins Carval will prvide yu with supprt thrughut and a check list t assist yu thrugh the prcess. When we prepare yur data fr uplad t ur system we will send yu a cpy f yur emplyee infrmatin fr checking and nce it has been upladed t ur system we will send yu reprts fr checking again t ensure accuracy befre the first payrll run.
