4 This report shows COJG employers, associated placements and expenditures for the fiscal year grouped by employer. Access This report is available to service provider managers. Format, Schedule and Retention This report is in Excel format to accommodate the ability to adjust font size, column widths, sort, and manipulate data and print based on service provider preferences. This report will run weekly, available on Monday mornings, with a total of 264 weeks of reports being retained on the EOIS SP Reporting Website. Data Filtering COJG Participant Service Plan s with a Placement and Support sub-goal are filtered into the report based upon their service plan being in an Open, Approved or Active state, or being Closed in the fiscal year. Service plans that are closed with a closure reason of Opened in Error are excluded from the report. Data Sources The information in the report is obtained from several different pages: Employer Information The Employer Information (CRA Business Number, Business Name, Business Size, Business Type, and Business Sector) is drawn from the Employer Registration page. Placement Information The placement information (Commitment, Incentive Expenditure, Balance, Placement Type, Placement Category, Pl Wage, PI NAICS, Pl National Occupation Classification (NOC), Placement Status, and Employer Satisfaction) is drawn from the COJG Placement with Incentive Plan Item page. 5 Employment Information (Placement Details) The COJG employment information (COJG Case ID, COJG Employer Name, Placement Start Date, Placement End Date, Pl Duration/Weeks) is drawn from the Employer Service Plan page. Participant Information and Case Owner The participant information (Participant Case ID, Placement Participant Name and Case Owner) is drawn from the Participant Service Plan page. CaMS field: Employer alternative ID, type CRA number The placement employers business name. CaMS field: Employer Trading Name The placement employer s business size. Balance remaining on an agreement. The type of placement provided. CaMS field: Name Placement Category, i.e. Test and Hire, Work Experience, Apprenticeship, On the Job Training The wage paid to the client during the placement. CaMS field: Wage Amount The placement wage type associated to the wage amount CaMS field: Per, type Annum, Biweekly, Hour, Monthly, Weekly The placement hours per week. CaMS field: Employment Hours per Week The North American Industry Classification System Code associated with the placement. CaMS field: NAICS Code The National Occupation Classification Code associated with the placement. CaMS field: Employment NOC Status of placement i.e. Not Started, Completed or In Progress based on the following calculations: In progress if the plan item actual start date and no end date Completed if the plan item has an actual end date Not Started if the plan item has no actual start date The employer s satisfaction with the placement service for the plan item.
