2 How it works: Thank you for choosing the As You Wish Cake & Cookie Pop Shoppe as your fundraiser partner. We are owned and operated by As You Wish Event Planning & Design LLC. We pride ourselves in supporting our local communities and charities in hopes of helping others in need. We hope we can help you reach your goal. Just As You Wish! Thank you again for choosing us as your partner and we look forward to helping you reach your goal! ~ Kristen Hess-Winters, Owner 1. Call us at to set up your fundraiser. All fundraisers can run in either 1 week or 2 week increments. All fundraiser dates must start on a Monday and run through the ending Monday at 12:00 a.m. You must be the Fundraiser Contact person and have the authority to set up the fundraiser. All Fundraiser organizations must sign a W-9 and must be an organization, school, etc. We cannot make checks out to individual people. You will be given a Fundraiser Code to give to your participants and that code must be on every Fundraiser Summary Form submitted. 2. Once your fundraiser date has been set up and confirmed, your participants may start taking orders on your selected date. All orders must be paid in full at time of placement. Orders must be completed on the Order form in this packet and include all information requested. We will also provide a personalized Instruction Sheet for your participants to help them collect the correct information. 3. At the end of your fundraiser, send entire fundraiser packet, orders and monies back to us for fulfillment at the address on the Organization Fundraiser Summary Form. If cash was collected by your participants, please deposit into your organizations bank and issue a check to us. We cannot accept cash. All checks must be made out to AS YOU WISH. Please have each participant complete the Participant Fundraiser Summary Form in this packet. You will also be given a Organization Fundraiser Summary Form to complete on behalf of the organization. 4. Once we have received your fundraiser, a check for your portion of the profit (please see insert for breakdown) will be issued to the appropriate recipient within 7 days of your fundraiser closing date. 5. All orders taken will be fulfilled and delivered to you within 21 days of your fundraiser closing date. You will be sent an , when your shipment is ready and sent out for delivery. 6. When you receive your orders, each order will be individually packaged with customer name, address and phone number for easy distribution by your participants. YOU WILL BE 100% RESPONSBILE FOR GETTING YOUR ORDERS DELIVERED TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. 7. Finally, you will be sent a feedback survey form within 30 days of your fundraiser end date. We ask that you take a moment and complete this survey to help us better our company and its support of such causes.

Standard Cake Pops - $17.50 Flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate Fudge, Orange Cream, Red Velvet, Carrot Cake, Lemon Drop or Strawberry (1 flavor required) Description: Homemade and hand rolled. These are a little bit of heaven on a stick. They are the new cupcake! These adorable mini treats are a delight to share and eat perfect for birthday parties, weddings, baby showers and more. Gourmet Marshmallows - $15.50 Flavors: Vanilla, Cinnamon Candy, Raspberry, Caramel, Lemon or Coconut. (1 flavor required) Description: Homemade from scratch and hand cut, our marshmallows are soft pillows of delight! They are the melt in your mouth dessert of all time! Gourmet Smore Kits - $13.50 per kit Flavors: Vanilla, Caramel, Raspberry, Strawberry or Coconut (1 Flavor per kit required) Description: Using our gourmet marshmallows and Hershey s chocolate these are not your typical Smore s Each kit has 2 large Smore s or break them in half and you ll have 4 smaller ones to share!. CAMPFIRE SMORE POPS - $11.50 Description: Every wish you could have a campfire smore but don t have time to build a fire? Well we have it for you! The taste of the campfire smore on a stick to satisfy that craving with no mess! These delicious treats are amazing! 8 Profit Breakdown The goal of the fundraiser is to allow you to make as much profit as possible to fulfill your goal. We here at As You Wish want to help you do that and created this breakdown to allow the maximum profit for your cause. We don t charge you upfront for desserts it is only the cost of the desserts you sell and because you collect money at the time of order placement, there is NO OUT-OF-POCKET money required! We also will go as far as to say that we give you more profit than most fundraiser partners. Why? Because we care about our community and we deeply care about your cause!
