With over 1O years' experience in the fields of Sustainability Strategy, Reporting, Training, CSR Programs, Stakeholder Engagement, SROI, Quality, Performance, Environmental Management and Systems Implementation, Aglaia has made important contributions as practitioner, trainer, coach and advisor. She developed the local Middle East and Greek version of the GRI G3.1, the Bridging Module and G4 Training for local providers. She has trained over 400 professionals in GRI Reporting, Sustainability and CSR. Her CSR and Sustainability expertise has let her to be involved in diverse projects in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and the USA, in multiple sectors. Aglaia holds an MBA, an MSc in Total Quality Management & Business Excellence and a Degree in Business Administration. She is an IS09000 Lead Auditor, an EFQM Accredited European Excellence Assessor, an IEMA, GRI and ILM approved trainer. Rita Almeida Dias is the director of Sustentare since 2004, a sustainability consultancy. She has been acting as internal and external representative on CSR and Sustainability issues for a number of listed companies. She had also developed CSR strategies and implemented CSR plans with for several economic sectors. She has long experience in managing and tracking sustainability goals and metrics, and sustainability reporting using GRI, AA 1000, UNGC and IS frameworks. In the last 10 years she has also been a sustainability trainer for ISQ, AIP and GRI, in addition to tailor made, specific training programs developed for Sustentare clients. Rita is a guest sustainability lecturer on masters and post graduate courses at Universidade Catolica, ISCTE, ISEG and Universidade Lusófona. She holds a master in Corporate Responsibility and Social Auditing from Barcelona University and a post graduate diploma in management from Institute Superior de Gestao {ISG), Lisbon. She also holds a degree in science of communication from Universidade Nova, Lisbon.
