Any other duties when required by the senior management. 2 M&E Officer Masters in social science or Management Sciences with 3-5 years of practical experience with any national/international NGO. 3 Capacity Building Officer Masters in social sciences with 3- NGO. Also thematic experience Develop practical M&E tools and monitoring and evaluation plans that assay the project data quantitative and qualitative wise. Outline the key project performance indicators and monitor them throughout the project s duration timeline. Make sure the timely data entry, database maintenance, and coordination with other project staff in reports preparation according to the donor requirements. Able to maintain up-to-date project data and to provide it to the project staff, when needed. Execute regular field visits to monitor and evaluate the project implementation. Facilitate in the trainings designing and execution as and when required Perform any other related duties as assigned. Develop a capacity building strategy that includes various different training methodologies for staff. Provide overall technical support and guidance for the implementation of community capacity building activities and its quality assurance.

Support the Project Manager on the design, implementation and assessment of all capacity building related interventions. Ensure strong coordination with district governance, community and other local civil society organizations. Develop monthly and quarterly reports Performing any other tasks assigned by the management. Ensure regular daily facilitation visit to project target schools. Support teachers in classroom management, documentation and other indicators related to Project. Develop good coordination level with Education Department ADOs/Head Teacher for sharing implementation challenges. Conduct baseline survey & Identification of non-school going children in the catchment area of selected school/s. Ensure full enrolment in selected school/s through community mobilization. Mobilize community through corner meetings and broad base community meetings. Conduct /Facilitate Monthly Meeting of PTC in target schools. Facilitate Teachers in conducting co-curricular activities in project target schools. Arrange hygiene sessions with children and parents in project target schools. Ensure proper record keeping of program activities with appropriate MOVs. Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the Project Manager. Development of monthly work plan based on priority challenges/issues. Monthly data collection on students progress. Ensuring collection of all type of data required for the project activities. Implementing Livelihood activities under the emergency response. Identification of beneficiary households for livelihood activities. Need identification through house holds survey. Ensuring timely implementation of livelihood activities. Managing project activities in the targeted union councils. Supporting field staff for the timely implementation of activities at field level.

3 6 Child Right Officer Masters in social science or Management Sciences with 3-5 years of practical experience with any national/international NGO. Candidates having also a law degree will be preferable. 7 Social Organizers (Three male & three female) At least having bachelor s degree. Candidates having also an experience with any national/international NGO will be highly preferable. Documenting in the timely manner, all progress challenges, and learning for future implementation of similar projects and accountability. Leading assessment in the operational area for livelihood interventions. Conducting regular field visits to verify quality /progress of Livelihood Program interventions provide technical guidance and advice. Over all coordination of project activities. Supervision of Child Protection activities implementation at Union Councils level ensuring appropriate coordination with other sectors Supervises the Social Mobilizers visiting Child Friendly Spaces on a regular basis, ensuring that activities are implemented in an appropriate manner Provides the Project Manager with detailed information regarding activities according to the work plan. Plan a properly designed field visits. Ensure safeguarding standards. Ensures a safe and child-friendly atmosphere in the Child Friendly Spaces. Assists the PM in solving problems arising in the Child Related Issues. Assist the project team in working with children to develop new, creative activities as appropriate Ensures the participation in project activities of all groups of children, especially children who are the most vulnerable. Assists the project teams in conducting parents and community meetings. Ensures adherence to the Child Protection Policy and reporting procedures. Screens for and monitors protection needs and gaps in and around the Child Friendly Spaces. Supports trainers and at times carries out training for Social Mobilizers and Community Volunteers Assist in the entire community social mobilization and capacity building process. Work closely with community to formulate participatory approach in line with the program thematic areas of CUP.

4 8 Finance & Admin Officer Master s in Business Administration/Finance, CA/ACCA. Candidates having also an experience with any national/international NGO will be highly preferable. Preparation of socio-economic profiles and supervise the monitoring & evaluation of CUP s implemented project. Assist in preparation of project reporting including budgetary costsharing spreadsheets and explanatory notes. Ensure that community based meetings are organized and conducted on monthly basis apart from the need-based special meetings. Ensure that record keeping of program related interventions both officebased and at the community level is regularly updated. Collect/organize information/data relevant to program and project activities. Assist in identification/selection of target areas and target communities following selection criteria of CUP. Closely monitor all project activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure the achievement of outputs, outcomes and objectives. Prepare/assist in the preparation of reports on program and project activities. Perform other duties and functions as entrusted from time to time. Keep and maintain all the accounts records in soft as well as in hard form. Responsible to deal all the accounts of the organization and settles all matter of banks. Responsible to maintain ledger books for regional office and main office. Make sure verification of all the accounts record before auditory process, Responsible to submit the financial report to the finance manager for compilation, review and onwards submission to the donor. Make sure all the records/ accounts/ financial transactions are booked before the audit commencement. Responsible for the submission of monthly report in soft and as well as in hard. Ensure cordial relation with the line department and audit department of the donor agency. Responsible for the overall function of Admin and Finance at field level. Records all incoming and out-going letters and documents. Conveys all the required instructions and policies of the organization to the staff and the views of the regional staff to the leading body.

5 9 Admin Assistant Minimum bachelor s degree, preferably having experience in the related field. Monitors administrative aspects of the regional office/staff and evaluates discipline and punctuality of the staff to the assigned tasks. Ensure attendance register maintain it on daily bases, keep the leave record of staff and share it with HR Manager on monthly bases. Make sure the compilation of Personal file of field staff in all contexts. Responsible to supervise the work, related to purchase of furniture, office equipment, computers, vehicles/motorbikes/bicycles, air conditioner and miscellaneous. Responsible to negotiate service agreements with vendors. Any other tasks assign by the management. Assist the Finance and Admin Officer on the above mentioned responsibilities.
