Employees who are given the chance to contribute their individual strengths are vital to continued growth. We place a lot of emphasis on individual advice and further qualification to support sustained career development. The Focus employer study The Focus study Best Employers 2014 looked at around 2,000 companies. The mediumsized enterprises and corporations reviewed by the analysis all employ a workforce of at least 500 working within Germany. The companies were ranked on the basis of the following assessment criteria: (1) The results of an online survey of 12,000 employees carried the greatest weight. The employees were contacted through the social network Xing. The questions were designed to ascertain the degree to which candidates would be willing to recommend their own employer. The survey candidates were predominantly registered Xing members. (2) Employer assessments from the kununu.com platform were also used by the survey. 1/5
