2 HR INSIGHTS CHARTS Updated HR Insights & Headcount Trends Dashboards provide faster load times and a simplified filter experience. Export detailed reports and images of the selected dashboard area Utilize the Take a Tour button to have the system lead you through the new dashboard setup, exporting abilities, and where to find EEO data.

3 WEB LINK API (APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE) ENHANCEMENTS Paylocity Web Services API now supports deductions. View request and response information in the API Audit Log under Web Services. View response and run details when employees are hired or terminated in the Push Notification Log under Web Services. MORE ROBUST HELP PAGE Help screen updated for easy access to custom sample spreadsheets and additional resources.

4 UPDATES TO WEB LINK IMPORTS Added ability to add one or more direct deposits to current employees via Web Link import. When adding or updating position information, Web Link will include the EEOC information configured at the company level. Calculation codes entered as percentages in Web Link will now appear as percentages in Web Pay. Web Link supports entering a dollar amount in the Tax Exemptions field. Web Link correctly populates custom date fields in Web Pay. Users may send values for "Eligible for Rehire" only when the employee's status is also being changed to a Terminated status. The Web Link dashboard will not display the Action Required icon once the record is complete. Completed records will display the Completed icon.

5 WEB PAY AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (ACA) Added new general Exempt Employment Type instead of the previously listed three different types of Exempt Employment Types. You can now indicate if you want to measure an employee with an ACA Full-Time Benefit Class for ACA eligibility via a checkbox within HR > Benefits > Classes. When an employee with an ACA Full-Time Benefit Class has been indicated to be measured for ACA eligibility, the employee s Measurement Period information will be shown in the ACA dashboard.

6 The ACA Hours column within the Hours Worked History page in the ACA dashboard will now be populated for employees in ACA Full-Time Benefit Classes when the employee is flagged for ACA measurement. The ACA Affordability Dashboard has been updated to reflect the 2016 Federal Poverty Limit (2015: $11,770 vs. 2016: $11,880).

7 COMPANY SET New on-screen notifications of status of changes being attempted across all companies within a company set. EVENTS Enhanced Task creation within an Event (by navigating to Employees > Events) allows for users to add check box and radio button groups, and format Messaging. Users may now launch events to groups of employees by selecting from shared employee filters. New ability to filter within the Event Status page.

8 REPORT WRITER Added new Arrears Current to field choices. SELF SERVICE PORTAL Impressions was updated to improve performance and layout. Also added the ability to sort list by First Name, Last Name, and Rank. Added ability to set a company s default Impression sort (Company > Options > Self Service Portal > Setup). Fixed ability to award badges to self. Ability to hide photo if photos are not shared in the Self Service Poral Setup. Better validation messaging for duplicate badges with same title. Allow editing when copying a standard badge.

9 GENERAL Improved Performance for Login Page, Batch Setup, Batch Entry, Generate Batch, Client YTD Check Details, Payroll Calendar, and View Check History. Added a Login Page Banner to alert users of IE 8, 9 and 10 that they are using an unsupported browser. Microsoft deprecated support for these, and they now pose a potential security risk as they will no longer be getting security updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support. Elimination of holds on same-date and back-dated payroll processing. o A notification will appear on the Pay Entry page when a same-date or back-dated check date is selected. o Review the Payroll Amendment Acknowledgement, check the I Accept box, and click Save. o Any previously accepted Payroll Amendment Acknowledgements can be accessed via the Pay Entry History page for auditing purposes to see who accepted the acknowledgement and when. New Employee Check Date Fix on the Standard New Hire page, New Hire Template and Import New Employee. Permanently corrected Employee Search link to bswift.

10 WEB TIME CALENDAR INTEGRATION Employees have the ability to download their own approved Time Off requests to their calendar applications via the Employee Dashboard and Employee Time Off Calendar pages. Administrators can download any approved Time Off requests to their calendar applications via the Time Off Request Calendar and Employee Schedules pages. WEB CLOCK PHOTO CAPTURE Photos are captured when employees log into Web Clock to punch in or out. Helps deter buddy punching as supervisors can access photos from current and prior pay periods. Photos can be accessed via the Punch Photo Gallery in the Employees menu, along with the Employee Time Card and Group Time Card pages. Required to be enabled via Web Clock Setup for any Web Clock Instances.

11 WEB CLOCK TIP ENTRY Cash tips can be entered into Web Clock when clocking out. Any tips entered by employees appear as pay adjustments on their employee time card pages. Tips can be adjusted by employees on the Web Clock dashboard for up to 24 hours. Required to be enabled via Web Clock Setup for any Web Clock Instances. Which groups have the ability to use tip entry can be configured via Web Clock Setup.

12 MOBILE MOBILE TOUCH ID Allows for a fast, secure login to Paylocity s Mobile app via Touch ID s fingerprint identity sensor on Apple ios mobile devices (iphone 5S or higher required for Touch ID). Designed for use on non-shared devices. When prompted, tap Use Touch ID to initially enable the feature. Simply scan the device s stored fingerprint to login. Turn Touch ID on or off via the About page on the app s main menu. Note: Information contained herein is subject to change.
