3 our team executives dimitri bakis managing director Dimitri completed his studies in electro technology and control automation in 1998, and has over 20 years experience in the electrical industry. Dimitri s comprehensive knowledge has seen him build a distinguished reputation within the industry. Dimitri prides himself on superior performance, proficiency, and quality and has ensured these characteristics are core beliefs of each company employee. Dimitri s dedication to the electrical industry is evident through his frequent participation in industry events, as well as his quick response to, and implementation of new technologies and trends. marcia agadakos office manager Marcia has over 9 years experience as an Office Manager in the construction industry. Her administrative, managerial, and customer service skills are fundamental to the day to day running of NIE Electrical group. Marcia is a confident and well organised office manager with extensive experience in supporting Directors and Managers. Her positive attitude and energetic professionalism often sees her wearing multiple hats. Marcia is proficient in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Marcia is a valuable asset to the team at NIE Electrical Group. Dimitri consistently pursues avenues that improve the customer experience. This proactive and committed approach has seen high customer retention rates, and consistent company growth. nicholas bakis project director Nick has more than 15 years experience in the commercial fit out sector managing high end projects. Nick is well known in the industry for his quality workmanship, eye for detail, and effective execution of projects. Nick s operations role utilises his comprehensive management techniques that ensure jobs consistently run smoothly and to schedule. His determination in motivating his team is the driving force behind meeting strict time frames. Nick is consistently researching and implementing systems that enable the business to run more efficiently. He prioritises growth and development, ensuring his team is always up to date with new systems training and OH & S procedures. archie summers senior estimator Archie heads the Estimating Department at NIE having worked in the electrical industry for over 40 years. Archie has worked on a huge range of projects ranging from mainstream construction, to some of Australia s largest landmark sites. His estimating experience spans more than 20 years and he holds an associate diploma in Electrical Engineering from UTS, an electrical fitter and mechanic license and is a teacher in the electrical trade. Archie s deep knowledge of the building industry allows him to provide consistent costings across all projects as well as valuable solutions to his clients Nick s skilled operations management has played a major role in the growth of the company both financially and strategically. craig petrellis project manager Craig is a highly motivated, hands on manager with 18 years experience in the commercial construction sector. His role as a project manager has seen him supervise some of Sydney s most iconic structures including Star City Casino. His experience spans an impressive number of industries with project values ranging up to 96 million dollars. Craig is especially skilled in managing projects to schedule without letting quality standards slip. He is proficient in supervising teams of more than 50 personnel, and brings sound knowledge and experience to the team at NIE Electrical Group. 4 5
