2 Contractor and clients working as a team? Through interactive sessions and excellent speakers, we ll take delegates through a successful lifecycle of managing contractors and their subcontractors. This highly informative seminar will focus on key issues affecting client and contractor working. It will help delegates grasp basic concepts and principles to help with existing or new projects. Delegates will leave with an understanding of good practice and practical techniques for selecting, appointing, monitoring and reviewing processes for a number of different types of contract.
