6 WHAT WE DELIVER With the knowledge and understanding of the vital role of additives in the formulation of lubricants, we focus on ensuring each of our products are formulated with the highest quality of purposesourced raw materials, and optimally processed to deliver consistent products. Our state-of-the-art and fully-equipped manufacturing facility of 45,000 MT capacity per year will guarantee not only the production of top quality additives but also flexibility in producing a wide and versatile range of products. Our facility has the ability of delivering our products packaged in drums or IBCs, and bulk in flexi tanks, ISO tanks or road tankers. MADDOC s range of additives can therefore be aptly utilized in the formulation of a variety of lubricants, such as automotive lubricants, hydraulic fluids, gear oils, Viscosity Index Improvers (VII), in addition to many other industrial and specialized lubricants.

8 QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM Quality Control (QC) is a vital component of our business, and provides us an edge with our customers. MADDOC is confident its QC program will provide a seamless experience regardless of whom, what and when. At MADDOC, we created a comprehensive Quality Control program which adopts a three-pronged approach encompassing our product, our customers and our team. We follow industry benchmarks to ensure the development of a wide range of high performance additives as per the latest international standards in a state-of-the-art laboratory equipped with modern testing equipment. The program takes into account every step of our manufacturing process, starting from careful selection of suppliers, testing of raw materials, monitoring the product during manufacturing and finished product specifications ensuring we are at the forefront in manufacturing the latest lubricating additives. This initiative also enables our customers to offer products of the highest quality to the market place. Our QC program, focused around our customer relationship, is designed to ensure we meet our customers current and special needs, and through our research and development program continuously improve our additives, especially to meet new international standards.

9 QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM An after-sales support team forms a key constituent of the Quality Control process, working closely with customers to ensure the products supplied perform as intended as well as offering our customers various technical consulting services pertaining to product testing, lubricant formulations, sample analysis, monitoring of finished lubricants quality and providing technical training and workshops. The technical team at MADDOC has vast experience and is committed to providing consistently high quality products. Our team is continually coached and trained to pioneer new levels and to stay abreast with market trends and customer needs. In order to establish the right product from the first stage of development, we work closely with established lubricant manufacturers and OEMs, tapping on their expertise and needs to develop additives which can boast sustainable high quality and reliability. Our management team, at all levels, is directly involved in the development of Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) objectives for both the individual and the organization as a whole. MADDOC continually strives to achieve Zero Accidents and adopts a Zero Compromise policy in all its operations. We are committed towards striving for an incident-free workplace in order to protect our most valuable assets; our team and our customers. We observe full regard to the training and development of our team in areas such as safety and first aid programs, which ensure a high level of professional competence and integrity. MADDOC hosts regular communication meetings where performance and planning discussions are complemented by training to improve our Integrated Management System.
