BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE AMPED REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE AMPED REWARDS PROGRAM. These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Amped Rewards program ( Amped Rewards") which is operated by JLMZ Inc. dba Voltz Technologies. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with JLMZ Inc. for other products and services. JLMZ Inc. reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate Amped Rewards and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy or guideline pertaining to Amped Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to the Terms of Use, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in Amped Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Amped Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in Amped Rewards. The Amped Rewards program is intended for personal use only. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use Amped Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how JLMZ Inc. collects, uses and discloses information about customers and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you. (Privacy Statement: Amped Rewards is one way in which JLMZ Inc. endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business, and purchasing our products. Members of Amped Rewards are able to earn and accumulate dollars that can be redeemed toward purchases. JOINING AMPED REWARDS Join Amped Rewards by visiting Voltz Technologies at 410 East Sheridan St. Ely, MN. 2 The registration process may require that you provide the following information: address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards), physical address, telephone number, birthday, name, and marketing preferences. All of your Amped Rewards Cards can be activated and registered for use at Voltz Technologies but you may only have one (1) account that is personal to you. If you change your account address to one that is not located within Washington D.C., the fifty (50) United States, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, your Amped Reward Card will continue to function, but your account will be inactivated. You will no longer be able to earn dollars or receive benefits under your U.S. Amped Rewards account. Previously earned dollars may expire as described below. EARNING DOLLARS You will earn dollars based on the value of your purchase at the rate of one (1) Amped dollar for every thirty ($30.00) you spend while using your registered Amped Rewards Card. Some purchases are excluded from Amped Rewards qualification. For example, you cannot earn dollars on purchases of Verizon Products or Services (including phones, service, activations, transfers, or any other Verizon related transaction). Taxes, tips, donations, and fees, including without limitation, shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, may also be excluded and ineligible for dollar accrual. Dollars may be earned and awarded depending on the value of your purchase. Generally, dollars for qualifying purchases are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours. Dollars for qualifying purchases that are sales orders or deposits are typically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours after your sales order is made. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you special promotions that offer you Amped Reward Dollars." Promotional dollars, such as these, will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in the promotional offer. If you void a purchase made with your registered Amped Rewards Card, Voltz will deduct the dollars that you were awarded for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative dollar balance on your account. If you return merchandise that you purchased with your registered Amped Rewards Card (note: an original receipt or gift receipt is required), your funds will be returned to your Amped Rewards Balance. Miscellaneous These Amped Rewards Terms of Use complement and incorporate by reference the Amped Rewards Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Amped Rewards

3 Terms and Conditions and these Terms of Use, the Amped Rewards Terms and Conditions control. Your dollars, rewards, registered Amped Reward Cards, and your account under Amped Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Amped Rewards account that is personal to you. Without notice to you, JLMZ Inc. reserves the right to suspend any Amped Card and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Amped Rewards if JLMZ Inc. determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. JLMZ Inc. may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Amped Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated dollars in your account are void. Without notice to you, JLMZ Inc. also reserves the right to unregister" and make ineligible for the Amped Rewards program any Amped Rewards Card or account that has been inactive for one (1) year or longer. Inactive is defined as no dollars earned. In the event that your Amped Rewards Card or account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated dollars in your account are void. JLMZ Inc. reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Amped Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
