This includes employee addresses, birth dates, and identification numbers; employment eligibility forms; compliance with organizational or government rules; work hours and absence tracking; and benefits information. Core HR information also includes information such as job descriptions and titles and organizational structures. This Modules aims to encompasses all core HR administration activities such as Pre and Post joining documentation, employee record maintenance, legal compliances, Complaints handling, MIS management, Policy implementation and performance management. Paying employees consistently and with no delays not only impacts their morale, but it also reflects the company's financial stability. Moreover, it is a requirement for compliance with laws. While this is a complex process, having the knowledge and skills of Payroll management helps streamline and centralize the payroll method. In essence, the payroll management process refers to the administration of an employee's financial records that includes the salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and net pay.
