1 Company: Tuff Turf Molebusterss Page 1 of JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY.1 Perform and ensure the smooth and efficient lawn care services for Tuff Turf Molebusters..2 Observe needs the client may have that the client is not aware of..3 Look for opportunities to grow the business by adding more clients and striving for a high level of customer service. 2.0 REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS 2.1 The Lawn Technician reports directly to and is fully accountable to the President and the service manager. 3.0 REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Requires a high school diploma. 3.2 Must have the skills and knowledge to keep all lines of communication open with superiors and other Lawn Technician s and the ability to work with team members and to insure job has been accomplished as required. 3.3 Valid Michigan chauffeurs license with no D.U.I. 3.4 Have current Michigan pesticide license or ability to pass test. 3.5 Have current DOT Medical card. 3.6 Carry a cell phone with texting and data plans. 3.7 Mental abilities are required to follow route schedules given out daily by the president. 3.8 Ability to organize needed materials for daily various lawn service requirements. 3.9 Ability to follow lawn service daily schedules and perform all services to a satisfactory level Ability to communicate with clients regarding customer service issues and problems.

2 Company: Tuff Turf Molebusterss Page 2 of Ability to sell services to current clients and prospective clients Ability to follow all and any safety instructions and precautions on all operating equipment at Tuff Turf Molebusters The physical requirements are mostly standing, ninety-five percent (95%) spent in the outdoor areas. Walking is required within the various customer s lawns and grassy areas. This position requires, besides walking, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists and fingers. Because of the various types of lawn service equipment, the technician must be able to lift consistently heavy boxes of fifty (50) plus pounds. 4.0 WORKING CONDITIONS.1 Ninety-Five percent of the time (95%) will be spent in the outside areas. The lawn technician will be subject to outside weather conditions due to the entry and exit of buildings, and residences. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to quite high. There will be time spent that is subject to extremes of heat up to 105 degrees Fahrenheit..2 This is a position visible by customers besides other office staff, vendors and customers and because of the nature of lawn service and the outdoor environment, company shirts or uniforms will be required while at a customer s location. Shirts must remain tucked in. Cut off jeans, T shirts and tank tops are not allowed. 5.0 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS.1 Performs appointed lawn service or maintenance tasks assigned by the President or service manager..2 Attends meetings, as required, with other employees to keep informed on those matters that will affect the successful performance of his/her job and of the status of the company as a whole..3 Performs a variety of other duties involving shop cleaning, and maintenance activities, including shop and truck cleaning.

Loading and unloading trucks fertilizer or any products requiring storage on pallets..5 Driving company truck responsibly as representative of Tuff Turf Molebusters. 6.0 DUTIES AND TASKS.1 Maintains a good working attitude and shows positive team work in order to complete assigned duties and tasks..2 Responsible to show up for work when required and provide superior customer service when interfacing with Tuff Turf Molebusters customers at any time of the day..3 Loading of trucks of required product and tools before leaving shop on daily route..4 Perform daily service calls per daily schedule set by the President or service manager..5 Perform fertilizer application to Tuff Turf Molebusters satisfactory level..6 Return tools used on service to proper tool storage area..7 Perform lawn aerations to Tuff Turf Molebusters satisfactory level..8 Perform lawn and perimeter round up work to Tuff Turf Molebusters satisfactory level..9 Perform mole control trapping and applications to Tuff Turf Molebusters satisfactory level..10 Perform lawn rolling to Tuff Turf Molebusters satisfactory level..11 Perform pre-pest commercial de-bug application to Tuff Turf Molebusters.12 Performs perimeter pest work to Tuff Turf Molebusters satisfactory level..13 Be keen to awareness of surrounding area to observers for

Look to solve client s problems..16 Help the business grow. This is done by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, and looking for prospective customers that could use our service..17 Perform machine maintenance and shop clean up to a satisfactory level..18 Listens to the President or service manager on all daily required duties and tasks and performs tasks to completion and satisfaction of supervisor and President..19 Required to participate in a regular and formal employee performance evaluation on a set periodic basis (at least once per year)..20 Report any equipment, truck or trailer breakdowns to the mechanic, service manager, or President..21 Must read, understand, and sign that their personal Job Description or Duties List is understood and can be performed properly..22 Must be keen to and be prepared to present ideas and suggestions for process and work condition improvement..23 Supports the use of the functional organization and the use of operating policies and procedures..24 Performs any other duty including the tasks the President or service manager may assign..25 Read the white board every day and initial notes as you read them..26 Clean up messes in the shop, office, or parking lot as you observe them. 7.0 MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE

Ability to sell add-on products or request estimates from new customers..6 All lawn services to be performed at a satisfactory level from start to finish..7 Personal hygiene is adhered at an acceptable level..8 Errors in the Work are held to a minimum and acceptable level..9 The degree of morale and motivation is consistently maintained at a high level..10 Makes concerted effort to better themselves through more knowledge of lawn service products and other required business areas..11 Is considered to be a team player..12 Helped the company reach its sales goals..13 Does not use cell phone for personal calls, texts, or s while on company time.
