3 About Us Established in 1987, McGregor Boyall is a global recruitment consultancy providing permanent and contract / interim professionals throughout Financial Services and Commerce & Industry. London Manchester Our core focus is to identify, attract and deliver high quality professionals who can support and enhance their new employer s corporate objectives. We deliver recruitment solutions against a wide range of permanent, interim and contract requirements but whilst the roles we resource are diverse and changing, our approach Glasgow remains simple, consistent and successful. 4 Our History McGregor Boyall was established in 1987, initially as a Financial Services IT recruitment consultancy. Since then we have adapted to our clients business demands and expanded our recruitment offering to the Commerce & Industry sector. We have also diversified the business functions for which we recruit, to include Change & Transformation, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Risk, Procurement & Supply Chain, and HR & Talent Management. McGregor Boyall has been, and remains, strongly committed to providing a structured and consistently high-quality service and in 2001 McGregor Boyall was awarded ISO BS EN 9001:2008 quality accreditation. We are audited on an annual basis and have successful passed all audits. From 2002 until 2015 we were corporate members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, before joining APSCo (Association of Professional Staffing Companies) in 2015 where we adhere to their strict Code of Professional conduct. In 2011 the increasing demands of an international client base and our commitment to delivering a seamless service underpinned our decision to open our Asia Pacific office in Singapore. This was followed quickly by the opening of two further international offices in Edinburgh and Dubai in 2012, allowing us to further extend our service offering across Scotland and the Middle East region. In 2014 we further expanded our operations with the opening of an office in Manchester. Subject Matter Experts all our Consultants are experts in their field and we encourage continuous improvement via training, online resources and attendance at relevant industry networking events and talks. Audit & Compliance Team responsible for all candidate vetting and compliance with any contractual requirements of the account. They act independently of the recruitment teams to ensure that no bias occurs and it is worth noting that this independent structure has resulted in zero client audit failures. Technical Testing IKM TeckChek - in order to validate the skills of our candidates, we have invested in partnering with IKM TeckChek, enabling us to provide fully tailored, online technical testing for candidates. Women in Technology our online job board dedicated to advertising positions within organisations that have an explicit commitment to increasing the number of female technologists working for them. Management Information we are able to provide a wealth of management information such as diversity & equality data, ratios for CVs sent, interviews, offers, placements, timesheet accuracy and spend by client department to name a few. Market Intelligence & Salary Benchmarking throughout the year we run a variety of surveys to enable us to produce Market Updates and Insights that will provide value to our clients. We also produce annual salary guides s covering Financial Services and C&I Technology, HR and Procurement. Investment in Quality became BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accredited in 2001 and have successfully passed every annual audit since.
