1 January 2016 A Look Back At Encore! Encore! Since Inception In July 2013 we launched Encore! Encore! in the U.S. and Canada and just about a year later we expanded internationally in a phased approach by country. Now 2.5 years in and with the beginning of a new calendar year, we thought it would be the perfect time to take a strategic look at the program s effectiveness in driving employee engagement and satisfaction. With appreciation indicators like these below, we can proudly say we re seeing a cultural shift for the better: Let s take a visual stroll through key metrics from the program over the years: 2013 (July-December), 2014, and 2015 in the U.S. and Canada 2014 (April-December) and 2015 in the International countries As you will see in the graphs on the pages that follow, we have been successful in driving adoption of the program and providing consistent and meaningful recognition throughout the organization. Save The Date Our fourth annual Employee Appreciation Day (EAD) will take place around the globe on April 12, As in 2015, this will be a multi-day event to enable managers at all levels to visit more locations and plan celebrations that work best for their business. EAD is an integral component of Encore! Encore! and reinforces our culture of appreciation, fosters employee engagement, and honors our Service Stars who deliver service excellence and memorable experiences for our clients and consumers.
