2 Key Relatinships Senir Adviser Te Re Māri The Senir Adviser, has strng wrking relatinships acrss Early Learning and Student Achievement (ELSA) grup, particularly the ELSA Leadership Team, as well as Grup Managers and key stakehlders acrss the Ministry. They interact clsely with the teams in Peple Capability and Resurces (PCaR), Strategy Planning and Gvernance (SPG), Educatin System Plicy (ESP) and Sectr Enablement and Supprt (SE&S).
