Using Te Marautanga Ateara and Te Ah Arataki Marau mō te Ak i Te Re Māri they will wrk within the curriculum innvatin and investment framewrk t supprt student t lift achievement. 2 Key Relatinships Senir Adviser Te Re Māri The Senir Adviser, has strng wrking relatinships acrss Early Learning and Student Achievement (ELSA) grup, particularly the ELSA Leadership Team, as well as Grup Managers and key stakehlders acrss the Ministry. They interact clsely with the teams in Peple Capability and Resurces (PCaR), Strategy Planning and Gvernance (SPG), Educatin System Plicy (ESP) and Sectr Enablement and Supprt (SE&S). The Senir Adviser wrks directly with: Educatin sectr leaders and prviders, including New Zealand Qualificatins Authrity (NZQA), the Educatin Cuncil, Educatin Review Office (ERO) and Tertiary Educatin Cmmissin (TEC) Initiative stakehlders including iwi and ther relevant Gvernment agencies Key Pririties Advice and supprt Change management Capture knwledge frm research, implementatin activities, reprting, analysis f dcuments prduced and lessns learned exercises and use this infrmatin t supprt future initiatives and design activity fr all students learning Te Re Māri and learning within Kura and Māri medium settings Prvide analysis and advice t ther managers and teams thrughut the Ministry wh are wrking n related issues t cntribute t integratin and c-rdinatin Prvide input int plicy design Cntribute t building prducts and services, frm cncept and prttype t implementatin Cmplete and maintain dcumentatin t maximise access t cnsistent and valid infrmatin Identify risks and / r issues and escalate as apprpriate Prvide expert advice t supprt decisin making fr the design, develpment and implementatin f specific prgrammes, initiatives, prducts r services int Te Marautanga Ateara and assessment Wrk in a cllabrative way with key stakehlders n design and change supprt initiatives Supprt change in the design prcess thrugh fcusing n what is and isn t wrking and tailring and custmising appraches t meet needs
