Through the eyes of your employees, the organisational effectiveness survey provides insight into what needs to be done to execute your strategy quickly and effectively with minimal risk. 4 What is unique about our approach The number 1 difference between our approach and others is our unique implementation process. There are many great surveys and providers to choose from. Most of these focus on the quality of their surveys and reports. This is important, but consider these facts: Recent research on organisational effectiveness/employee engagement surveys conducted by Hewitt Associates found the following: Almost all government and large business (over 90%), conduct employee surveys once every one to two years Approximately half of these organisations make no significant change in their scores year on year (less than +/- three percentile points) About one in six organisations experience a decline in their results. The average increase in scores is only five percentage points. What these facts tell us is that organisations are not effectively acting on the insights these surveys provide.
