2 &samhoud was established 25 years ago in the Netherlands, and we have since expanded internationally with current offices in Switzerland and KL to serve the Asian market. &samhoud is a usual unusual organization with its core business in change management consultancy. We also manage and run our own businesses like media & advertisement, food and healthcare with our People Equity initiatives. The &samhoud bleap! is a 6-month, usual unusual program which focuses on the development of fresh graduates to be the future leaders of &samhoud. bleap! is run and facilitated by consultants who are committed to developing leaders. From Day 1, our bleap!ers are exposed to our clients and projects on a daily basis, together with the complex business challenges across different industries and countries which give them the opportunity to gain expertise and hone their analytical and problem-solving skills. 3 Professional Development and Mentorship Starting out as a bleaper in &samhoud, we are focused on your professional development. You will learn-on-the-job: working side-by-side with experienced colleagues and by having your own responsibilities. On your first day, an experienced consultant will be assigned as your mentor to guide you on your journey with us. In this mentorship, you will receive guidance, support and training to help you learn and grow to be a successful connector and inspirer. Personal Development and Coaching Success as an individual does not only focus on professional development, but also personal development. In &samhoud, our employees are encouraged and coached in their personal development to find their passion, understand themselves more and find what keeps them going and energized. From your third month onwards, you will be coached on a regular basis and you will always have someone to speak to, to explore the greater questions in life. 4 60% of your time focused on external projects External work are projects within our different business lines, both businessto-business as business-to-consumer projects. In the B2B environment we undertake consultancy assignments in our expertise areas such as cultural change & alignment, vision & branding, strategy & execution and leadership development. To date, we have worked with clients across 15 countries in Asia alone. Our travels have taken us to work with global recognized organizations like MontBlanc, TNT Express and Axiata Telecommunications, and local brands such as Air Asia, Malaysia Airports and Hong Leong Group. Your focus will be on supporting consultants on organization and delivery in both current client projects as well as sales with prospective clients. Ih the B2C environment we undertake different initiatives to live and realize our vision. The main focus is on our people equity initiatives in food and health care. With regards to food, we partnered up with chef Moshik Roth to bring gastronomy to the world. With healthy food we reach out to consumers: from our two Michelin-starred restaurant to a successful introduction of ready-to-eat meals. Your focus will be on working on the opportunities and possible partnerships in the Asian market. 40% of your time focused on internal projects To ensure continuous success and become a recognized brand, we also have a number of important internal topics such as talent development and branding. Branding initiatives include branding through social media and &samhoud publications, University Partnership, & and our Professional Women Network. In short, our bleap!ers will not only learn to work with our clients to achieve breakthroughs, but also how businesses are managed internally. 4

6 Over the years, we have developed and continue to perfect our induction program called Integrating Great People (IGP). IGP gives our new employees a brief yet holistic snapshot of &samhoud. 7 The intention of the program is to allow us to identify future &samhoud leaders; connectors and inspirers. A typical career path of a bleap!er would look like this: Medior Consultant Senior Consultant bleap!er Junior Consultant A junior consultant is part of the production team of our consultancy business and also coordinates processes such as clients meetings and sessions. Their focus is on the development and execution of the project. A medior consultant takes a higher leadership role, and they typically manage our client projects and ensure the quality of the project. They are also involved in meeting our clients on a more formal basis and are also responsible for generating leads and sales. Our senior consultants not only manage projects but are also our people leaders. They are accountable for client projects, and are typically the face of &samhoud with our clients. They are responsible for growing our business from a sales perspective, but also with talent and branding. In &samhoud, we value flexibility and encourage our people to explore new things. There is no fixed, destined career path. We provide opportunities and platforms for our people to explore their passion inside and outside of consultancy. By the end of bleap!, our bleap!ers should have a greater understanding of our &samhoud careers. 7
