Myles Shaver Professor of Strategic Management & Organization Professor Shaver is currently listed first as notable teachers at Carlson in the BusinessWeek Guide to the Best Business Schools. Prior to joining the Carlson School, he was Associate Professor of Management and International Business at the Stern School of Business, New York University and was a visiting scholar at Copenhagen Business School. Heath Professor of Organizational Innovation & Change Strategic Management & Organization Andrew Van de Ven taught at the Wharton School prior to coming to the Carlson School. During the past ten years, he has studied changes occuring in Minnesota s health care industry. In the 1980s he directed the Minnesota Innovation Research Program and co-developed the Nominal Group Technique, which is now the most widely used process for group brainstorming and problem solving. Mary Zellmer-Bruhn Associate Professor of Strategic Management & Organization Mary Zellmer-Bruhn has worked and studied extensively in the areas of team composition and performance; the effects of context on team learning and performance; time related effects in organizational behavior and teamwork; and cross-cultural teamwork and global teams.
