AGENCY DIRECTOR OBJECTIVES AGENCY DIRECTOR $75K-$150K 101 In collaboration with your managers recruit and build your team of approximately 2-3 SAs with approximately 1-6 Agents per SA Field train new Agents REGIONAL AGENCY Develop existing SAs and identify potential managers in your team OBJECTIVES In collaboration with AO your first team. Each tea at least 1 AD and 2-3 SA 1-6 Agents per SA.
