Pursuant to the Interim Compensation Order, objections to this Fee Statement, if any, must be served on the Notice Parties, including the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) on the 15 th day following service of the Fee Statement (the Objection Deadline ), setting forth the nature of the objection and the specific amount of fees or expenses at issue. 11. If no objections to the Fee Statement are received on or before the Objection Deadline, the Debtors shall pay NRF: (a) 80% of NRF s total fees for services rendered during the Monthly Period and (b) 100% of the total disbursements incurred during the Monthly Period. 12. In accordance with the factors enumerated in section 330 of the Bankruptcy, it is respectfully submitted that the amount requested by NRF is fair and reasonable given (a) the complexity of these cases, (b) the time expended, (c) the nature and extent of the services rendered, (d) the value of such services and (e) the costs of comparable services other than in a case under this title. Moreover, NRF has reviewed the requirements of the Guidelines and Local Rule and believes that this Application complies with both. WHEREFORE, in accordance with the Interim Compensation Order, NRF respectfully requests that the Court authorize (a) payment from the Debtors for the period from October 1, 2018 through October 31, 2018, for a total of $38, as compensation for necessary professional services rendered (80% of $47,703.00) and the sum of $ as reimbursement of actual and necessary costs and expenses, and (b) such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper.
