Wisetek transforms the regulatory requirement for managing products at end of use / end of life into a significant profit generating activity through advanced fully managed outsourced services. The Company has recently merged its US Operations with Data Killers whom are one of the biggest destruction services firms in the US. This new company will become one of the largest suppliers of refurbished IT equipment in the world.

7 Operations / Engineering / IT Key elements of the role include: Work with the Operations team to develop innovative and customer focused solutions across all processes. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. Engage with IT platforms across the company to deliver customer focused solutions. Conduct data analysis as required to improve management reporting. Develop quality and compliance skills including certification audits such as ISO 9001, 14001, OHS and R2. Engage with and develop expertise across research and development projects within the company. Liaise with Finance department on costings, budgets etc. Act as customer interface to ensure process needs are met. Be flexible and available to travel to other business sites and locations.

8 Operations / Engineering / IT (Continued) Key elements of the role include: Develop knowledge of QMS and ERP systems. Selecting, managing and working with suppliers. Gain experience in various departments including Remarketing, Production and Finance. Be customer focused and strive to develop solutions for customers and potential customers. Ensuring that work is accurate, to highest quality standard as defined by the Company, H&S and Environmental ISO Standards. Promote and implement Lean, 5S and Six Sigma principles. Undergo training/certification when required to do. Develop management and leadership capabilities by engaging in projects and project management as experience grows.

9 Qualifications & Skills Operations / Engineering / IT Recent Graduate with Third Level qualification in a related field. Strong interest in IT/Electronics. Person needs to be a flexible, enthusiastic individual with ability to use their own initiative and take responsibility for their work and continued learning. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well in all areas including written and oral communication skills. Team player. Excellent PC skills including experience with Microsoft are essential. Ability to travel is a specific requirement. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

10 Commercial / Business / IT Qualifications and Skills: Be commercially focused in order to drive sales, meet margin targets and develop business relationships. Liaise with brokers and customers to establish leads and business opportunities. Have a keen interest in business development and sales. Conduct market research to support business intelligence and complete detailed reports. Develop marketing and sales plans, including e-commerce solutions to drive revenue. Develop product and market knowledge around the IT/Electronics parts global market and IT brokerage markets and use this knowledge to help grow the business. Gain experience in various cross functional departments including Remarketing, Production, Sales, IT and Finance. Develop pricing models to support the growth of the business. Ensure that work is accurate to the highest quality standard as defined by the Company, H&S and Environmental ISO Standards. Undergo training/certification as part of career development. Liaise with and be available travel to other Wisetek global operations for business needs as required.

11 Qualifications & Skills Commercial / Business / IT Recent Graduate with a 3rd Level qualification in a related field. Have a strong interest in IT products. Suitable candidate needs to be a flexible, enthusiastic individual with the ability to use their own initiative and take responsibility for their work and continued learning. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well in all areas including written, oral and social media communication skills. Strong internet research skills. Excellent PC skills including experience with Microsoft are essential. Ability to travel is a specific requirement. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Team Player.
