The Deb Future Leaders Programme has been designed to offer high potential graduates the opportunity to shape an exciting and prosperous business career in a challenging global marketplace. You could have significant responsibility and be on your way to managing others within 3 years of joining. If you are ambitious, a highly skilled communicator, keen to take on responsibility at an early stage with the drive and energy to succeed, the Future Leaders Programme may be for you. Deb is recruiting for the 2017 intake to this Programme in both the UK and Australia.

3 A TAILORED PROGRAMME Sales & Marketing! 6-MONTH PLACEMENT 1: MARKETING Working on important promotional projects including product launches and events. 6-MONTH PLACEMENT 2: FIELD SALES Presenting the Deb product ranges to Distributors and End Users in a specified sales territory. Your Choice 6-MONTH PLACEMENT With your interests and career aspirations in mind, Deb Group will offer you a further placement to widen your knowledge and enhance your career. These will be specific to your chosen geographic location, and may include: Customer Services Finance Supply Chain Operations Stretch Your fourth 6-month placement will take you out of your comfort zone, developing your cultural sensitivity and resilience. This may involve: An opportunity to work abroad A chance to work with a Deb End User or a key Distributor Project Management To assist your transition from managing yourself, your tasks and your responsibilities to learning to matrix manage others, you will spend a year overseeing one large project or multiple smaller ones, developing key skills around commerciality, critical decision making and people management. Following this, you will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours essential for undertaking a Deb leadership role in the future.

At the end of this structured Programme, graduates will have gained valuable business, communication and presentation skills. At Deb, we are not just interested in the hard business skills. The future leaders training Programme will also offer character-building challenges to ensure that our future leaders develop essential skills in relationship management, resilience, creativity and emotional intelligence. In addition, graduates will be allocated a highperforming mentor and a senior executive sponsor to help navigation around the organisation and provide on-going support. We want to recruit the brightest individuals with exceptional talent to shape our future business. You will need to be focused and ambitious to get what, and where, you want. Location The 2017 intake for the Deb Future Leaders Programme is currently available in UK (Denby) and Australia (Sydney). Number of Positions 1 graduate per geographic location. Entry Criteria Minimum of a Bachelors Degree. Specific Degrees Any degree discipline, although specialism in Business may be beneficial and proficiency in a second language is essential. Salary Competitive. Final candidates will also be required to attend an assessment Day.
