2 For Self-Appraisal PMDP TAB will lead you to Assessment Cycle ( ) TAB Assessment Cycle ( ) (for Appraisee) I: Personal Information, Reporting Manager Details & Vertical Owner Details Part I of the form carries Personnel Information which will reflect the personnel information of employee as per HR records. If there is any change then, Employee has to update the records related to Reporting Manager and working duration in the section Immediate Reporting Manager Details.

3 II: KRA Assessment Quantitative Parameters KRA Description Specify the goal/ Target attached to it Put Achievement against the target Rate yourself on the same. You may add up- to 10 KRA by using the Add button on the extreme right of each KRA.

4 III: Qualitative parameters Put your individually assessed rating against each parameter. The definition of the parameter can be viewed by clicking on the parameter. Qualitative trait which is not applicable to her/his current profile would be disable for them.

5 IV: Strengths and Improvement Areas Fill In your strength & Improvement areas. V: Training Need Identification Fill In your training needs depending upon your work profile and improvement area.

6 Save Draft: Will save your filled details even when you have logged out. You may delete / add / modify your form any time. Submit: Will make your form visible to the reporting Manager. The form gets freeze post submission and cannot be edited till the time one s reporting Manager REJECTS it. KRA FORM ( ) (for Appraisee ) Post submitting your current KRA, login to next year KRA by selecting KRA Form ( ). I: Personal Information, Reporting Manager Details & Vertical Owner Details Part I of the form carries Personnel Information which will reflect the personnel information of employee as per HR records. Employee has to update the records related to reporting Manager and working duration in this section. II: KRA Assessment The KRA for this year will auto populate in that screen, one may edit or modify the same according to her/his next year profile/plans. Post reviewing the same it needs to be submitted. In case the reporting Manager/Appraiser REJECTS the appraisal Form, even NEXT year KRA section will be in editable mode for employee/ Appraisee.

9 MANAGER S REVIEW/ Appraiser IN PMDP TAB----- Assessment Cycle ( ). For Self-Appraisal of Reporting Manager, click on Self-Appraisal ( ) button and follow the same steps as described in Assessment Cycle (for Appraisee). To review the Assessment forms submitted by others, Click on search button. Search will give you all the submitted form. Select Actions dropdown Modify Form----- This will take you to the Appraisal Form.

10 I: KRA Assessment Managers will put weightage against each KRA. The total of weightage should be 100%. Ratings will be given on the scale of 1 to 5 depending upon their achievement.

11 Remarks: *In case of extreme rating (1 or 5) and even if the appraisee and appraiser s rating have variation more than 2 points, the appraiser s comment become mandatory *Filling in at least two KRA is mandatory II: Qualitative parameters Put your weightage & rating against each parameter

Only 70% of the Quantifiable & 30% of Qualitative rating gets the final rating All the salary corrections OR Promotions should be recommended in this section Approve/Reject dropdown can be used to APPROVE the form in case of agreement or REJECT the form in case of disagreement.

14 IV: Strengths and Improvement Areas Fill In strength & Improvement areas. V: Training Need Identification Trainings mentioned by appraiser should be in sync with improvement areas mentioned; also the trainings for betterment of one s work profile can be included

IN PMDP TAB----- KRA form ( ) For submitting Self-KRA, Reporting Manager will click on Self-KRA ( ) button and follow the same steps as described in KRA Form (for Appraisee). To review the KRA forms submitted by others, Click on search button. Search will give you all the submitted form.

16 You may edit or modify the same according to her/his next year profile/plans. Post reviewing the same it needs to be submitted. In case the reporting Manager/Appraiser REJECTS the appraisal Form, even NEXT year KRA section will be in editable mode for employee/ Appraisee.

18 VERTICAL MANAGER s REVIEW IN PMDP TAB----- Assessment Cycle ( ) For Self-Appraisal of Vertical Manager, click on Self-Appraisal ( ) button and follow the same steps as described in Assessment Cycle (for Appraisee). To review the Assessment forms submitted by others, Click on search button. Search will give you all the submitted form of your vertical. Vertical owner can see his vertical s Name, Project, Experience, rating, recommendations (salary correction, promotions) in line items.

19 S/he may edit the ratings & other recommendations in the row items itself and submit the same with the help of bulk update BUTTON S/he may look at the forms by selecting modify forms option before making a decision.

IN PMDP TAB----- KRA form ( ) For submitting Self-KRA, Vertical Manager will click on Self-KRA ( ) button and follow the same steps as described in KRA Form (for Appraisee). S/he may edit the ratings & other recommendations in the row items itself and submit the same with the help of bulk update BUTTON.
