Wurli prides itself n delivering a range f health and wellbeing services t the cmmunity in a style and manner that makes clients feel welcme and cmfrtable. Strng Indigenus Families is a prgram designed t assist address family vilence in Indigenus cmmunities as part f the Natinal Plan t reduce vilence against wmen and their children. The Prgram is based n a whle family apprach t address the causes f family vilence. Prgram / Rle Descriptin The Prgram Crdinatr rle is respnsible fr the peratinal delivery, mnitring, and reprting f the prgram in whilst ensuring culturally apprpriate services are designed and delivered in accrdance with the Strng Indigenus Families prject agreement. The Crdinatr is accuntable fr the daily supervisin f the service team in accrdance with plicies, prcedures, standards, cntracts and legislatin. This psitin, in cnjunctin with senir management, is required t wrk cllabratively with key stakehlders t ensure a crdinated and integrated apprach that assist break the cycle f family and dmestic vilence and child remvals frm their families. Qualificatins Essential: Desired: Diplma in Cmmunity Sectr Management and / r equivalent in Scial Services / Mental Health fields. 4 ADMINISTRATION REPORTING & WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY Supervisin f the prgrams human resurces in accrdance with Wurli plicies and prcedures and the delegatins framewrk f Wurli, including but nt limited t: - leave apprval, hurs f wrk, payrll authrisatin, absence, under perfrmance etc. Prvide assistance with recruitment, selectin and inductin f staff Supervisin and perfrmance management f the client service team; Cunsellrs, Case Managers and CESO s Implement a prgram f training and prfessinal develpment fr staff Ensure staff participate in an annual perfrmance appraisal and develp an individual annual prfessinal develpment / training plan and wrk plan. Ensure quality service delivery is maintained thrugh cntinuus imprvement activities including case reviews, staff meetings, planning frums, service reviews and the integratin f client feedback. Ensure client files, data cllectin systems and service dcumentatin are up t date; prduce quality internal and external client and service reprts as required. Cmplete all assciated administrative functins such as, finance, HR, risk assessment and asset management prcedures in a timely fashin in accrdance with Wurli prcedures and standards. Cmplete all reprting requirements t standard as required and within the required time frames.
