Ensure all Crprate Prperty standards and plicies and all legislative requirements are met and are up t date n all Prperty led prjects and activities, including thse delivered by TFM and ther suppliers. Prvide building services technical supprt t all stages f prject lifecycle including scping and specificatins, prcurement and tender review, review f plans f wrk, technical reprting and management data, checking physical wrk and invice substantiatin and verificatin. Liaise with clients, cnsultants, cntractrs and end users n technical issues and prmte best practice in this area. Main duties & respnsibilities 1. Be respnsible fr safety in relatin t assets and wrk managed by the Prperty team and its suppliers. 2. Direct, manage and prvide advice n behalf f Prperty n all aspects f building services, ensuring that all assciated wrk is delivered t time, cst, quality and statutry requirements. Keep an versight and prgramme level steer n all technical wrk carried ut including cllating and reviewing supplier plans and prcesses fr planned and reactive wrk t ensure that risk in this area is mitigated as far as reasnably practicable. T apprve, track and reprt n FM and prject spend. 3. Wrk clsely with the Cmpliance, Reprting and Risk team n aspects f statutry cmpliance t ensure a jined up apprach t the management f statutry services. Page3

Ensure all Crprate Prperty standards and plicies and all legislative requirements in relatin t technical wrk are met and are up t date n all Prperty led prjects and activities, including thse delivered by TFM and all ther suppliers. 5. Supprt the TFM/PFI Cntract Managers, Cntract Officers, Prject Managers and Prtfli Managers by prviding technical supprt t all stages f any prject lifecycle including scping and specificatins, prcurement and tender review, review f plans f wrk, technical reprting and management data, checking physical wrk and invice substantiatin and verificatin. 6. Be respnsible fr the cllatin and validatin f management infrmatin regarding the perfrmance f cntractual activity and technical standards, and ensure interventins are achieved where necessary and crrective actin is taken where required. Orchestrate investigatins int disputes/cmplaints regarding the delivery f servicing wrks under the cntract and ensure satisfactry reslutin is achieved, liaising with clients, end users and cnsultants as apprpriate. 7. Drive value frm supplier relatinships in the area f technical wrk, demanding perfrmance and rchestrating change in rder t imprve delivery. 8. Raise awareness f statutry cmpliance fr technical services and required actins assciated with this, in rder t help mitigate the risk f prblems acrss the KCC and ther custmers estate in particular wrking with schls and all building managers.
