10 Status Rules What are status rules? How do they work? What can they be used for? How do you set them up?

11 Status Rules Attached to a status. Can affect share purchase and holdings or stock options and awards Can be configured to take affect based of a number of different dates Can be applied at grant levels, plan levels and award levels Extremely useful for automating terminations, resignations etc

12 Making Your Own Status Rule Scenario #1 Create status rules and attach them to the Terminated status. Cancel all unvested grants effective as of termination date. Cancel outstanding options after 90 days

13 Making Your Own Status Rule Scenario #2 Create status rules and attach them to the Retirement status. Vest all grants on retirement date
