2 Job Title: Human Resources and Recruitment Administrator Grade & Spinal Point: Reporting to: Job Purpose: Head of Human Resources To assist in providing full administration support to the HR and Recruitment team to assist the company achieving its vision of becoming an employer of choice. Job Functions The following basic and other qualifications are reflective of the types of work and commensurate with the level of education and experience indicated in this Job Description. All offers of employment are subject to a DBS check. Human Resources Collate monthly payroll submissions and liaise with the Human Resources Administrator for processing; Support the HR & Recruitment Assistant and Resourcing Officer in an administrative capacity; Deputise for the HR & Recruitment Assistant on an as and when needed basis; Issuing of all documents in line with starters, leavers, contract amendments and probation letters for all Regional Employees and Home Managers; Track all probation periods and prompt the appropriate Line Managers to undertake meetings as required; Support the compliance of all personnel files and file audits for files within remit; Administration of bonus letter as required, in line with the Company bonus policy; Produce monthly reports from Careblox s for MI purposes, for example Work Permit/Visa expiry dates; Act as one of the HR Team point of contact, escalating as appropriate to the HR Team; Assist in dealing with enquires and applications, general administration and the provision of information/templates; Ensure Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks and professional registrations (such as NMC) are maintained and checked on a monthly basis; Management of Home Manager and Regional Manager s contact lists and management of organisational charts.

3 Resourcing Production of weekly reports tracking and monitoring the recruitment process and applicant status and specific vacancy s within the business; Manage PSL and issue Terms of Business as appropriate; Act as a super-user for earcu (recruitment system) to provide support to users and HR team; Attend and provide organisational support for Open Days and Careers shows throughout the year. Training Ensure the appropriate and accurate management of the DAS system as introduced by the Apprenticeship Levy. To monitor and track training programmes and the team member journey. To work closely with external learning providers and stakeholders. General Note taking and production of minutes for HR Meetings; Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example; sorting post, telephone answering, devising standard Human Resources documents and letters and managing the HR inbox.
