1 NC ACCOMMODATION SERVICES (SAQA ID NQF LEVEL 2) Programme Name: National Certificate Accommodation Services, NQF Level 2, SAQA 14110, 143 credits. Description: To enable candidates to perform room attendant duties. The programme brings together all aspects of housekeeping and basic supervision. This qualification will professionalise the industry and is applicable to all sectors, from small bed and breakfasts to large-scale hotels. Target group Learners This certificate programme is suitable for non-employed or currently employed within a hospitality establishment. Non-employed candidates have the interest and acumen to work in the Accommodation Services arena. Employed candidates have the interest to further their skills and knowledge of Accommodation Services.
