3 SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM(link) Our job is to set the terms for, and follow up that players in the petroleum industry are maintaining, a high standard of health, safety and the environment, so that the risk of major accidents, undesirable incidents and work-related injuries and illnesses is reduced. JAN ARILD ASBJØRNSEN director of internal support and development Responsibility for internal operation and development. INGER ANDA, director of communication and public affairs Responsibility for the PSA s external communication channels, the psa.no website, publications on the web, supervision on the web, social media, media management and so forth.

4 COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS Responsible for: - the website (psa.no) and social media - production of the PSA's publications - supervision on the Web - media management - press function - responding to general questions from the public director of communication and public affairs INGER ANDA, (link)

5 SUPERVISION Supervision is organised in six main groups. Each of these has a supervision coordinator (link) with product responsibility and formal decision authority, and a contact with the players. 1.Statoil (offshore operations). 2. ConocoPhillips, Shell, Eni, Engi E&P Norge AS, Dong, Lundin, Suncor, DEA, Maersk, OMV, Point Resources. 3. Aker BP, ExxonMobil, Wintershall, Repsol, Total, Centrica, VNG, Faroe, licensees prequalified as operators, other licensees. 4. Statoil (land-based operations), Esso (Slagentangen), Naturkraft, Gassco. 5. Mobile units and drilling contractors. 6. Other contractors, Petoro.

6 PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE The PSA is divided into six discipline areas. Each area is headed by a discipline leader (link) responsible for quality, human resources, expertise development and resource management. 1. Drilling and well technology 2. Process integrity 3. Structural integrity 4. Logistics and emergency preparedness 5. Occupational health and safety 6. HSE management

7 LEGAL AND REGULATORY AFFAIRS Legal and regulatory affairs is divided into four areas. Each of these is headed by a coordinator responsible for their area. 1. Legal assessments and quality assurance 2. Collaboration agreements 3. Special projects, including support for the ministry
