2 Project Website The project CORONA has the aim to provide a structure for training and qualification of personnel for serving VVER technology as one of nuclear power options used in EU as well as for training in nuclear applications. Such approach should allow unifying existing VVER related training schemes according to IAEA standards and commonly accepted criteria recognized in EU. More about the project is available at: Who could be trained Nuclear professionals and organization leaders which are graduated at least to the level of bachelors, without knowledge and experience in nuclear could be trained. It is expected that the candidates to be trained have the intention to perform works related to VVER NPP, nuclear applications or education. The pilot training will be useful to professionals and organization leaders to which manage teams and have among their competences the priority to foster behaviors to enhance the safety and human performance. Topics to be covered Organizational culture and safety culture (Tecnatom) Human Performance Tools (Tecnatom / Fortum) Soft Skills Competences (Tecnatom) Leadership Competences (Tecnatom) Training aim The aim of the training is to provide an useful background of the safety culture and performance competences for nuclear and non-nuclear leaders to perform works related to using the suitable tools to enhance a change to an adequate culture witch ensure a strong safety culture. The training course aims to give competencies at EQF Level 5 and 6. It is intended to cover different aspects needed to start working in the safety nuclear environment with sufficient general knowledge to foster and reinforce a strong safety culture at a NPP. EQF is a European Union initiative to create a translating facility for referencing academic degrees and other learning qualifications among EU member states. It is designed to allow national qualifications frameworks to be cross referenced. The EQF was formally adopted by the European Parliament and the Council on 23 April [

3 Training materials Trainee s guide will be provided to the trainees for preparation of the evaluation test. It includes more detailed description of the course. The list of lectures is presented in the Program of the pilot training. Certificate Certificate for the pilot training attendance and evaluation of learning outcomes will be delivered to the trainees. Working languaje The lectures will be provided in English.
