15 How do you get it? A two step assessment process 1. Multiple Choice Exam to confirm you have the right knowledge 2. Assessment of Competence to ensure that you can apply your knowledge and skills in the workplace You can fast-track your Practitioner Application if in the last 3 years you have: Graduated with an IEMA Approved Degree, or Completed the IEMA Associate Certificate in Environmental Management Gained the NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management

16 The Exam 60 minute online exam 30 multiple choice questions Open book exam All questions relate to the Practitioner level Skills Map 70% correct to be successful If you need it, you can have a free resit

17 The Assessment of Competence Typically 4 case studies showcasing your work experience and achievements Each case study needs verifying Consider using STAR Stories as a framework Then indentify which of the practitioner competencies each case study demonstrates.
