1 Service Department Director permanent Service Department Director Veolia Water Technologies specializes in water treatment systems, solutions and after-sales services required to design, build, maintain and upgrade water and wastewater treatment facilities for industrial clients and public authorities. Where will I be working? You will be based at our Tychy office (Poland) with our Service Sales and Service Operations & Logistics teams, however you may be required to travel within Poland at short notice, and across Europe to other business units within the Veolia Group (as required). What will I be doing? As Service Department Director you will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible and accountable for the management and performance of the Service Sales and Service Operations & Logistics teams within Poland. You will be required to develop and deliver a rolling 3-year growth plan for the Service Department and ensure commercial and operational targets are achieved for the Service business area. Success in this role will require you to fully identify and capture the after-sales Service opportunity within the Polish industrial and municipal sectors, and across our customer/installed base. 1

The ideal candidate will be an experienced After-Sales Service Manager with excellent operational and managerial skills and strong commercial acumen, who is looking to grow a service business and develop employees in their roles. As a Service Department Director, you will need to know how to get the best from yourself and colleagues, exceed targets, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service. We want someone with the drive and vision to move us forward to achieve the next level of our service business growth. You will have built an impressive career to date in an after-sales service/technical management role. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with an ability to engage, motivate and inspire the team. You will possess the drive and enthusiasm necessary to deliver business growth targets. You will have excellent influencing and communication skills and be able to make an immediate impact. You will be able to demonstrate appropriate business acumen and commercial awareness. Capability to lead bid winning strategies. You will be willing to challenge the status-quo and drive change initiatives. A collaborative and consultative approach to prospecting and selling, working with internal colleagues to maximize service opportunities. A passion for delivering excellent customer service. Technical competence and excellent problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce and ServiceMax. A results-orientated individual and highly-motivated self-starter. Open minded and ambitious. Good written/spoken business English. 5
