5 Cat A Fit-out Cat A Fit-out We have a proven track record in Cat A delivery across different market sectors. 6 Cat B Fit-out Cat B Fit-out Our experienced Cat B teams deliver exactly the right working environments to suit our customer s needs. Our project teams always undertake stakeholder workshops with our customers, encouraging a collaborative project environment and ultimately a consistently successful delivery model. 7 Infrastructure Infrastructure At Mitie Projects we provide a full range of specialist infrastructure services. We provide a complete management process to deliver projects with requirements that include design, procurement, mobilisation, delivery, commissioning and completion activities. Our detailed approach guarantees a fully co-ordinated installation. We deliver infrastructure projects within live and fully occupied environments

9 Core FM Project Delivery Core FM Project Delivery Our Project Managers are deployed and fully integrated into core Mitie facilities maintenance contracts providing a seamless transition from concept design and delivery into maintenance.. The expertise of this team extends to complex and highly technical works. Our project managers are an integral part of the wider customer team bringing a detailed understanding of their business and operational requirements. We deliver projects in and around occupied buildings and schedule work to minimise disruption and downtime

10 Small Works Projects Small Works Projects Our Small Works team self-deliver across multiple disciplines including: è Mechanical è Electrical è Fire and security è Carpentry è Joinery è Decoration è Building fabric We provide a mobile resource to deliver planned works. Our accredited engineers and technicians are multi-skilled and have experience working in live environments. Whilst the projects are smaller value, the works are subject to strict governance and control to ensure that all works are delivered and handed over to a high standard

14 Health, safety and environment Wherever we work and whatever we do, the health and safety of anybody related to our activities is an absolute priority. We recognised that driving the right behaviours to continually improve our health and safety performance starts at the top with our Board and senior management teams and ensure the development of skills to manage health and safety risk, identify and deliver cultural improvement plans and better prioritise resources when managing people. Our training standards are impressive. In an industry that s always developing new products and ways of working, it s vital that we keep ahead of all these changes. That s why we provide comprehensive training, workshops, tool-box talks and inductions and ensure everyone in our teams stay at the top of their game. Our dedicated Health and Safety team ensure we comply with legislation, and help us constantly improve our ways of working. We have a number of Health and Safety recognised accreditations and awards. Our health and safety employee engagement programme will continue to be the bedrock in working to ensure that a safe business culture exists in all that we do. We have a responsibility to do everything we can to minimise our impact on the planet and reduce our carbon footprint. This is why we are not just compliant with all legislation but will also seek to minimise any negative environmental impacts and will advise on opportunities to incorporate positive environmental enhancements into our projects. 26
