4 Within our plant in Pappenheim you will work on activities under the responsibility of the Plant Logistics Manager. Your main mission is to provide engineering support within the Manufacturing team. Therefore, your main tasks will consist in: Ensuring that safety policies are understood and respected within his area of responsibilities Preparing the supply-chain KPIs and updating the related action plans for review by the Plant Logistics Manager Maintaining and optimising supply-chain systems (production planning) Designing and implementing improvements in the supply-chain (upstream, internal and downstream physical and information flows) based on Lean principles and Plastic Omnium best practices. Defining optimum stock levels at each step of the production process Specifying the requirements in term of information systems You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized Engineering school with knowledge in plastics manufacturing processes and logistics. 5 2. PLANT ENGINEER - ESSEN Within our plant in Essen you will work on activities under the responsibility of the Plant Technical Manager. Your main mission is to provide engineering support within the Manufacturing team. Therefore, your main tasks will consist in: Planning, analyzing and optimizing production processes Performing ergonomic assessments on work stations and defining measures to improve ergonomics Being involved in projects for layout optimization Developing and working on concepts for cost improvement Providing technical specifications for production equipment and devices Using and implementing Plastic Omnium Standards You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized Engineering school with knowledge in plastics manufacturing processes. 6 3. PLANT ENGINEER - STERBFRITZ Within our plant in Sterbfritz you will work on activities under the responsibility of the Plant Technical Manager. Your main mission is to provide engineering support within the Manufacturing team. Therefore, your main tasks will consist in: Providing support for all manufacturing process including injection, paint, assembly, bonding and process flow methods and equipment Creating standard operating procedures and work instructions Ensuring the deployement of Plastic Omnium methodology and best practices Providing engineering support to the manufacturing teams and to the project team for the launch of the new equipment in the plant and the realization of the manufacturing readiness Improving and optimizing injection and/or paint process You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized Engineering school with knowledge in plastics manufacturing processes (injection/paint/assembly). 7 4. OPERATIONS PERFORMANCE ENGINEER - WEISSENBURG Within our plant in Weissenburg, your main mission is to ensure that the operations are afficient. You will report to the Performance & Productivity Director. You will also liaise with several contacts as plants managers and engineers, know-how and continuous improvement team Your main tasks will consist in: Coordinating with the plants, their performance and productivity roadmap and priorities Defining the relevant planning of actions and resources required to achieve the objectives Supporting the realization and being part of the execution team (workshops to organize in the plants ) Following-up all actions and reporting the progress (including industrial transformation) to the plant management Validating the efficiency of the actions with the controlling You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering or business school with major in mechanical engineering or production and industrial performance.. You will report to the Engineering Center Manager. Your main tasks will consist in: - Working according to the HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements - Being involved in several phases of the project (expertise, acquisition, closure of the project) - Helping to define the concepts of the product design to meet customers specifications and ensuring that the Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior rules are respected - Contributing with the risk analysis DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) and the design reviews - Helping to develop specifications, manufacturing and ensuring that the design for manufacturing (assembly, pain, plant & packaging) are fulfilled - Validating of the means (injection tools, checking fixtures, end of arm tooling ) and of the product (functional, geometry and cosmetic quality) You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school with major in mechanical engineering. LEAN CAPEX ENGINEER - WEISSENBURG Within our plant in Weissenburg, your main mission is to support the Manager Industrial Strategy and Capacity Planning in the day-to-day routines for plant loading (and relocation of programs if necessary) and for controlling CapEx (capital expenditures) spendings. Your main tasks will consist in: - Analyzing topics related to industrial strategy (real estate, plant layout development ) - Benchmarking of plants (national and international) in case of cost-improvement measure (e.g energy consumption, maintenance costs ). - Proposing action plans and developing roadmaps for cost improvement measures in order to participate in their deployement - Establishing databases for costs and CapEx comparison/best practices. - Participating in trainings You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized Engineering or Business school with knowledge of the lean management. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum. You have a willingness to travel (30% of the mission).
