3 About Textron Specialized Vehicles- TSV TSV is a division of Textron Inc $17B Revenue Arctic Cat Acquired Apr 2017 Multiple SAP projects in processconverging multiple former stand-alone companies to one integrated entity. 3

5 Can we get more value out of current licenses? Winshuttle was only used by one team Team wasn t aware of what the tool could do for them 5

6 Can we get more value out of current licenses? Former Business Process owner did most of the work Business Analyst loaded data Developed additional scripts Scripts were highly customized for one task Didn t use for master data We only had two licenses SOD conflict to have IT loading data 6

Moving from data entry to thinking about role to strategizing about role Processes identified: Four people keying orders full time- 300 hours per month More than 4 people involved in the creation of a material in the material master Pricing conditions took two days Creating a customer took about two hours Loading the budget took a full month One journal entry done every two weeks (payroll) took 2 hours to copy/paste into fast entry 7

Moving from data entry to thinking about role to strategizing about role Met with business users and managers in multiple groups Current process was manual, labor intensive and time consuming Teams most receptive when someone had left the company and there wasn t someone already identified to do the work 8

Continuously looking for areas that we can use the functionality Identified manual work across the departments List of future projects Word of mouth was spreading As one team heard about how another was saving time, it got the conversation going We started to realize that we had to look at this tool in a more strategic way 9

12 The Solution- Centralized Repository Scripts were everywhere Items were on personal drives, many versions, many templates Winshuttle library development Work in progress to share with different areas of the business to create standardized templates and ease of use. 14 The Solution - Super Users and New Developer Training Bi- Weekly Advanced Winshuttle Training Development of new Winshuttle experts in the organization My role had changed, so I have less time to develop scripts Business has fewer emergencies with a full repository and more than one person to build them 14

15 The Solution Winshuttle Partnership MN WUG Group Learning from peers - experts on new technologies We worked closely with our Sales/Solution reps Given the chance to try out some of the software to see how it would work for our organization 15

16 Results- Time Savings Enables us to review programs, terms and conditions without having to manually go into each transaction. 300 hours per month now takes approx Used for various VA01 transactions Daily weekly for returns process enables us to, credit and maintain inventory Took a 40 hour process down to 30 minutes per week. 16

17 Results- Reductions in Errors Credit and rebill Maintain elements of our Cat Tracker system by coding material Enable quick creation of any transaction possibilities are endless! 17
