The RRTS will be a safe, dedicated, high speed, high capacity, comftable commuter service connecting regional nodes in NCR. It will provide reliable, high frequency, point to point safe regional travel at high speed f relatively longer distance with fewer stops. The technology chosen would allow covering distances of 100 km. in an hour with scheduled stoppages. The system would also ensure the convenience of quality last mile connectivity, addressing the needs of all categies of travelers on the netwk. The crids being developed under RRTS Phase-1 are Delhi - Meerut, Delhi - Panipat and Delhi - Alwar. Once operational, RRTS will be the fastest, the most comftable and the safest mode of travel in the NCR. NCRTC invites applications from motivated and target iented officers/ Executives, who are involved in strategic planning in the Govt. ganizations/ PSUs/ CPSEs/ Autonomous bodies/ reputed private sect consulting infrastructure companies. Rs.16 Lakh per annum. 02 Manager/ (UR) 35 Yrs. -Degree in Engineering and Cpate Strategy & -PG Degree/ Diploma (duration 2 years) in Management Planning and Rs Wking in pay-scale Rs (E3) IDA/ (Level- E3) Rs (L-11) CDA - Has been wking f last 1% years in pay scale Rs (E2)/ Rs (L-10)/ Rs (L9) CDA, -Has been wking on pay package/ CTC of Min. Experience Should have minimum 6 4 years' experience (f DGM and Manager, respectively) of handling of assignments related to Market entry/growth strategy, market assessment, financial assessment/ planning, PPP structuring, bid/ transaction process/ agreements. concession Experience in urban/ transpt/ construction infrastructure projects funded by Govt.I Bilateral/ Multilateral agencies will be preferred.

2 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Fmulation of strategic solutions and providing decision suppt to apex management. Project Governance including periodic review of project progress. Fmulating strategies and driving execution to achieve results. Develop projects repting systems and communicate to all stakeholders in approved frequency. Tender Management including preparation of concept notes, terms of reference, eligibility criteria, market sounding and bid process management. Strategic communication comprising preparing strategic communication drafts, concept notes etc. f key stakeholders. Wk effectively in a team environment and able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously in an ganized manner Other responsibilities assigned time to time as per ganizational needs. PHYSICAL & MEDICAL FITNESS: The applicant should not only be suitable in related field, but also should be physically and medically fit enough. In case of selection, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per the Company policy. SELECTION PROCESS: (a) After scrutiny of the applications, candidates will be shtlisted on the basis of eligibility criteria i.e. qualification, experience etc. and will be called f interview. (b) NCRTC reserves the right to conduct a written examination in case the number of application received from eligible candidates is high. The detail of written examination, if any, shall be communicated to the candidates in advance and candidates have to make their own arrangements f travel and stay. (c) Management may relax any of the condition/s, in accdance to the response to meet the requirement. SURETY BOND & PROBATION PERIOD: The candidates selected shall have to execute a Surety Bond of Rs.3,00,000 plus GST and cost of training, if any, to serve the Cpation f a minimum period of two years. A three months' pri notice, will be required befe seeking resignation from the Cpation. He will be under probation f a period of two years, which may be extended in case of unsatisfacty perfmance. COMPENSATION PACKAGE & POSTING: The Company offers attractive pay, perks and allowances attached to the post/ grade similar to IDA pattern scale of pay and company policy. The job is transferable, and the selected candidates can be posted/ transferred to any of the wk site of NCRTC during the course of their service.
