4 Your mission You will be in charge of the external administration. Amazing opportunity for a motivated, fast-learner and young professional that speaks French or German fluently. The role is crucial to make sure our company is run smoothly by being responsible for both our internal and external administration tasks. External Administration Improve and suggest ways to automate and streamline processes Manage Trust mandate: Each client must sign a trust mandate which allows us to take care of all legal aspects. Manage the LTN : register each client to the «caisse de compensation». Indeed, the client is the employer, not us. Primary contact with all external partners such as AVS offices. Help our beloved maids for any documents or information they need Responsible for : Salary declaration / Salary certification / allocation familiales / Damage /Accident / Disease / Unemployment Help with all administration questions In charge of 2 apprentices Responsible for their jobs Ensure they are ready to succeed in their exams and enter the job market afterwards. Internal Administration Co-responsible for the onboarding of new employees Control work presence / holidays Share your best ideas to improve our internal processes
