4 Welcome This ground breaking specialised coach training programme provides executive coach participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for them to provide valuable, transformative and powerful executive coaching that includes all aspects of human health. The programme integrates how to work with people to develop wellness and performance and, where necessary, recovery from health challenges with already present executive coaching knowledge and skills. Integrated into the course is the Meaning Centred Coaching Model and training on how to use it in an executive coaching relationship. The content is delivered in a blended format including watching videos, listening to audio recordings, reading, completing assignments and multiple-choice questions and facilitated live teleclasses. In the advanced part of the programme participants will also receive group supervision and mentoring. The programme is available in three parts that can only be taken in order. 5 Part 1-Theory Delivered entirely through our online learning platform participants can proceed at their own pace and take as long as they like to work through the material. Part 1 is divided into 5 modules as follows: Module 1- Essentials The Essentials module is designed to support and develop learning of the key principles, contexts and practices applicable when including all aspects of health within executive coaching. 6 Modules 2 & 3: Recovery, Wellness & Performance In these two modules we explore working with a client from the two perspectives of recovery (the client needing to respond to a health challenge) and wellness, where the focus is on deepening and improving performance and potential on a foundation of individual wellness. 7 Modules 4 & 5: Speciality Modules 1 & 2 Speciality Module 1 prepares the ground for specific health challenges such as substance misuse or addiction etc. The Speciality Part 2 will focus on a specific health challenge and provide specific context for consideration when coaching a client. Topics covered in both modules are: The role played by Stress, Nutrition & Diet, Exercise Knowledge Domains for the speciality Development of the health condition Recovery to Wellness pathways Risks for relapse and re occurrence Main treatment approaches Coaching skills for the health speciality Best Practice & Ethics Referring to other practitioners Relationship with services Identification / own experience / in recovery themselves Bias and priming Getting appropriate supervision How executive coaches need to manage and care for themselves as professionals Relationship design and contracting Duration of Part 1 Part 1 is expected to take 10 weeks to complete based on an average of 6 hours engagement a week. Completion Part 1 is completed once all the Multiple-Choice questionnaires within the content have been completed and passed. 8 Part 2 - Skills In ten live facilitated skills masterclasses participants will be able to practice and develop their skills and competency as it relates to including health, recovery and wellness within the executive coaching role. Each two hour masterclass will focus on the actual skills related to each topic set out below. Skills Masterclass Topics 1. Building on professional body core competencies 2. Best Practice & Ethics Duration of Part 2 Part 2 takes place over 12 consecutive weeks with live facilitated masterclasses taking place weekly. On completion of Part 2 you will receive a Certificate of Completion Total learning hours: 20 Required practice coaching hours for completion: 20 hours Completion Part 2 is completed once participants have submitted recorded coaching sessions and they have been satisfactorily evaluated by course supervisors. 9 Part 3 - Advanced Skills In Part 3 participants will build on the skills developed in Part 2 and broaden out their skills across specific health challenges. Participants will deepen their study of the components of the programme and skills development leading to a powerful confidence that will enable them to tackle the most challenging coaching assignments. Coaches are encouraged and supported to develop a specialised executive coaching practice including health, recovery, wellness and performance. There is also a requirement to complete 60 practice hours staggered throughout the module to practice your skills. This module encompasses supervised skills practice, group supervision masterclasses, reflective practice, case study work and small group supervision / mentoring. Duration of Part 3 Part 3 takes place over 26 consecutive weeks with live facilitated masterclasses taking place weekly. Total learning hours: online live group supervision masterclasses of 2 hours each: 24 hrs 12 online facilitated skills practice learning labs of 2 hours each: 24 hrs Small group supervision / mentoring: 12 hrs Case study and reflective practice: 12 hrs Required practice coaching hours for completion: 60 hours Completion Part 3 is completed once participants have passed a live oral exam (taking place via phone or online) and have submitted their case study which has been satisfactorily evaluated by course supervisors. On completion of Part 3 you will receive a Certificate of Completion as well as Certification by the International Recovery and Wellness Coach Certification Board (IRWCCB) Cost: 3,750 + VAT Total learning hours all sections: 152 Total required practice coaching: 80 hours Executive RW Coaching Programme

11 Faculty Anthony Eldridge-Rogers Coach Trainer, Workshop Leader and Author Anthony is founder of the Foundation for Recovery and Wellness Coaching International. (FRC). He has over 35 years experience of the healthcare field in relation to recovery & wellness field and has supported thousands of people in transforming their lives. He has extensive experience in the media and arts and has worked with many of the industries big organisations among them BBC, Conde Nast, ITV, BBDO, Saatchi s, SAB Miller. He works as a coach trainer, workshop leader and author with students from across several continents taking both the online and face to face coaching training provided by the FRC. Anthony is committed to the idea that fulfillment and life meaning is within the grasp of all of us no matter what the circumstances. He has created the Meaning Centred Coaching model as the coaching framework for both delivering recovery and wellness coaching and inspiration for training coaches. He has personal lived experience of profoundly impactful healthcare challenges and made his own recovery journey. He is author of Become a Recovery to Wellness Coach The Essential Principles, Skills and Contexts and Meaning Centred Coaching Getting to the Heart. In 2010 Anthony was invited to become a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts where he now runs an Executive Coaching group. Gladeana McMahon Senior Executive Coach and Resilience Researcher Gladeana is considered one of the leading personal development and transformational coaches in the UK. Her books include Performance Coaching for Dummies and, No More Stress be your own Stress Management Coach. She coaches CEO s and those at Director Level, politicians and media moguls to master the psychological complexities of 21st century corporate life. She is the Chair Emeritus of the Association for Coaching UK, and co-creator of cognitive behavioural coaching and mindfulness based cognitive coaching models. An accredited therapist as well as coach Gladeana is also a Fellow of the British Association for Counselling, Institute of Management Studies, International Stress Management Association, Association for Coaching and Royal Society of Arts.
