Visiting faculty at leading educational Institutions including Madras School of Social Work, Anna Institute of Management etc. Conciliator & Arbitrator under all the Labour enactments in the State of Tamilnadu. Travelled extensively the world over for attending Seminars, Symposia & training programmes on the subject. Drafted the Tamil Nadu Handloom Workers Act which became law in Instrumental in framing the State Rules under various labour laws applicable to Tamil Nadu Industries.

Sridar] SESSION - 3 : Discussion on the specific challenges faced by the Employer relating to Contract Labor (Regulation and Abolition) Act, This Session will provide valuable insight into the latest judgments on Contract Labour as litigation under this Act has exploded in the recent past.
