7 Diana works from a Sustainable Leadership Coaching model which she developed that is anchored in Resilience and Adaptability. She believes the foundation of Sustainable Leadership lies in knowing ones core values, strengths and purpose using them as your guide or North Star in what you say yes to and what you say no to in your life. She is committed to and has provided leadership enhancement and coaching serving leaders by providing sustainable principle based leadership development. Diana is passionate about and focused on four areas of service - Strengths Based leadership, Building Cultures of Trust, Building Resilience and Foundations of Principle Based Leadership. She was an adjunct faculty member at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Diana served as a consultant for the Center for Vocational Reflection (CVR) at Gustavus Adolophus College in St. Peter Minnesota, a program funded by the Lilly Endowment. In this capacity, she codesigned and delivered a leadership curriculum focused on deepen servant leadership skills of student leaders as a part of the CVR s Servant Leadership Program. Prior to coaching full-time Diana was a therapist in Mankato, MN. In all of her work she has helped people find meaning and purpose in their lives, achieving their goals, and moving toward wellness and wholeness. Her work as a coach is a passionate extension of that experience a chosen way of working with people that inspires them to reach beyond their limits to create a life aligned with their values, both personally and professionally. Diana received her coach s training and certification through The Coaches Training Institute, one of the world s premiere coaching organizations. She is also is certified by the International Coaches Federation. She is a certified DREAM COACH. She holds a BSSW degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a MA degree in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary s College, Winona, MN. She has completed Advanced Coaches Training and the Train the Trainer through the Arbinger Institute and is authorized to use Arbinger methods and materials in one-on-one coaching. She has also completed training with the Secretan Center to incorporate Values Centered Leadership and Inspirational Leadership into her consultation work. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, Minnesota Coaches Association, Coachville, The Coaches Training Institute Network, and The Arbinger Helping Professionals Network. Diana serves or has served in leadership positions on several boards, including the Minnesota Coaches Association, Women Executives in Business, and BPW. She was a columnist for Womeninc magazine. She lives in Mankato, MN has two sons living in Memphis, TN and Menorca, Spain. 7
