2 OUR BUSINESS Established in 2007, Aspects Insurance Recruitment Limited provides specialised insurance recruitment services throughout the Midlands and South West with key assignments also being handled in Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and the South East. We have collectively over 50 years Insurance and Corporate Recruitment experience. Active members within the CII. Supporting the industry and local institutes. Allison Marshall was past President of Leicester CII and Simon McGill is a Bristol Council and Education Council member. We are Corporate REC Members and work with the code of practice offering you professional services, advice and support. Our key services are temporary, contract and permanent staff. Additionally we handle headhunting, talent acquisition and retainer assignments. 5 ALLISON MARSHALL DIRECTOR Allison has been an accomplished Insurance recruitment since Having worked within the insurance industry previously she is able to give expert advice. Allison is a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who excels in the business of finding the right career for insurance professionals. A strong manager who sees the economic challenges as an opportunity for change and growth. Proven ability to lead successful recruitment teams to deliver the very best service and maintain a first class reputation. In 2007 she established her own business, Aspects Insurance Recruitment Limited, a specialised Insurance Recruitment provider. Her aim is to provide a quality over quantity approach to recruitment, working more intimately with clients and candidates, something that could be hard to do in a corporate company. Allison provides staffing solutions to clients throughout the UK. She is very proud of the work that the team at Aspects do in maintaining a professional company and valued service to the insurance industry.

6 SIMON McGILL SENIOR MANAGING CONSULTANT Aspects is not about being unique, boutique or all the other phrases bounded about by the recruiter set. Our people are what sets us apart and we just get on with doing the job we enjoy. This is why I joined. Prior to life in insurance recruitment, I spent 11 years in the UK insurance sector as an underwriter and corporate broking manager. I have seen both sides and enjoyed the view. Now with over a decade of working in recruitment, I have the best of both my worlds: insurance and people I have worked with plc boards, HR Directors and business managers as part of their recruitment partnership along with high street brands, one man bands and international markets but overall it is about doing the basics brilliantly and doing a bloody good job. My specialties remain in account Management, tender and contractual issues, new business, candidates with technical insurance capabilities, PSL negotiation, getting talent into jobs quickly and knowing who is doing what with who in the South West insurance market.

7 SAM WINROW MANAGING CONSULTANT Sam began her insurance career over 20 years ago within the Midlands, starting within the personal lines arena for a national broker and soon progressed into the commercial sector, following the path to become a senior account handler dealing with large corporate clients. At this point in my career I chose the route of management and began as a brokering manager for a team of corporate account handlers. I thoroughly enjoyed management so decided to develop further and began a career of operational management within diverse business areas, which I continued for over 10 years. Working with people is what drives me and I enjoy communication, supporting and mentoring and derive a tremendous satisfaction in assisting with developing people in order for the individual to achieve their goals and desires to fulfil their optimum potential. In 2011 I joined Aspects as a consultant for the Midlands area and have continued to maintain existing relationships, plus gain new relationships with clients. I feel my knowledge of the industry, operations and people is a solid platform to provide an excellent service and achieve solutions.

8 DARREN JOSEPH RECRUITING PARTNER My journey in Insurance started in 2002 working in Personal Lines for a national broker where I learned the fundamentals and foundations of the Insurance Industry and the importance of providing high service levels. My career progressed to Motor Underwriting dealing with bespoke policies, High Net Worth, performance & modified vehicles and I have spent the last few years as an Account Manager working in claims and legal expenses. As an Account Manager I enjoyed building the relationships with my brokers and understanding their individual business needs. I am a committed, motivated insurance professional and thrive on providing a high level of service in everything I do. This is what drives me and dedication to my clients is paramount. I have recently joined Aspects as a Recruitment Partner for the North of England where I plan to continue my passion working with people, developing relationships and helping people to develop and reach their full potential.
