In time, the organization achieves a management structure that is easier to carry into the future permanently. While the seed planted by some person with a few people, family members and friends etc. the sapling (the business) grows into a corporation in a natural process. A corporation is like an organism. Just like a -Person -Family -Village City or -State. The organizational structure of the corporation and its constituents are always in a state of unification and integration. And just like a human being, corporations also have a brain, organs, metabolism, anabolism and catabolism. THE REGIME OF THE CORPORATION A corporation has its own *Constitution, *Articles of Association, *Agreements with its business partners and *Protocols. THE VALUES OF THE CORPORATION It has its *Traditions *Customs * Culture, Ethics, Working discipline * Style. THE CORPORATION HAS *Material and moral relations *Agreements *Processes *Procedures and *Standards with its employees. THE PROTECTION MECHANISM OF THE CORPORATION It is *Dynamic and *Vivid. * It has a protection mechanism. It has mechanisms of * Transformation * Development * Growth * Allocation * Decentralization *Expansion and *Empowerment *Merger *Externalization *Procreation *Proliferation. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE MOVEMENTS; The Modern-Scientific business administration and the development of the management sciences have brought about new dimensions, criteria and models to the behaviours of natural corporate governance, systematization and organization. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE should not be a fashion movement or commitment to the bureaucratic rules and the reduction of the dynamism. The main approach in corporate governance should be adherence to the values, rules and principles at an optimum level. THE CORPORATION MUST HAVE; 1-A Common Mind 2-A Common Heart 3- A Common Memory (Archives, Registers) 4-Experiences (Knowledge, Technology, Know-How, Scientific Information) 5- Types of Behaviour - (Culture, Code of Conduct) It should be carried forward by building on these elements, without falling behind the times and without losing its basic values. CORPORATE MANAGEMENT, is designed, established and developed by considering all of the variables and features of the corporation. 4 WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY IS TO CARRY A CORPORATION INTO THE FUTURE AND BUILD THE FUTURE? The future looks so much alike the past. Carrying the corporation into the future requires being multi-directional, strong and innovative today. It also requires establishing a vision by estimating and foreseeing the future and by imagining our position in the future, and sensing the future. Principally, this is the responsibility of powerful leaders with a corporate attitude who will be ready for the outcomes of the future by using past experiences. FUTURE; It starts right after today and lasts forever it is a very long period. During this period there will be; -Political Social -Cultural Socio Economic Economic Technologic Financial Natural Industrial Commercial Logistics Scientific Agricultural Artistic developments. These may have; *Trends (which scales up and down), *Major cyclical movements, *Crisis, shocks, panics, *Chaos and disturbance problems, *Reforms, *Progresses. While carrying a corporation into a future full of these expectations, it is definitely necessary to be prepared for dealing with all these variables. In order to carry a manned system legal substructure of which is established, move an organization INTO THE FUTURE, it is necessary to know, discover and envisage the future, design FUTURE SCENARIOS and to make a realistic and reasonable FUTURE SPECULATION.

5 It is necessary to establish the differences between the most possible future and today in every field and aspect and to reach that future without any disruption, depression, shock, demoralization and by maintaining its place within the world of business and moving forward. And this can only be achieved with a CORPORATE GOVERNANCE A sound corporate structure, Corporate leadership, Corporate management, Corporate communication and Corporate behaviour are the essential elements of this scenario. The FEELING OF SUCCESS is higher in Corporate Organizations than the organizations without corporate governance practices, of which Constitution, rules, principles, targets, systems, processes and regime have not been set and established throughout its life. B- Carrying the intangible assets into the future This means carrying intangible assets, strengths and resources into the future such as -Name-Reputation-Credibility-Technology-Patents-Experiences-Business ethics-business culture- Business relations -Entrepreneurship - Creativity-The power to struggle-the will to succeed in business -Perseverance and persistence Project Orientedness Combativeness as well as the legacy and heritages passed by its ancestors and founders with a more successful, developed, advanced and higher position in the future than today and this can only be achieved with CORPORATE MANAGEMENT.

It is necessary to ensure that the corporation is integration into the world, can be developed globally and gains Universal Global values and business culture. In an institution which attains a Corporate(Global) structure, Corporate and Global Management is a natural-reconciliatory management that is compatible with the qualities of the Human Resource.
