The rate quoted shall be inclusive of vehicle and all other charges. 2. Two facilities shall be covered in each day visit for counting to payable visit. If two facilities are not covered in one day, the payment shall be made half for that day. 3. The payment for item No2 shall be payable only for days of roof casting considering per casting per day. 4. The consultant is required to conduct all the tests at our field laboratory. No payment shall be made for these tests. If any test facility is not available at our field Laboratory, the same shall be sent by the Executive Engineer on the advice of the consultant to the approved laboratory and charges will be borne by the department. 5. The list of works is tentative as per present sanction works / works in progress, If any work completed before award of this contract concurrent evaluation will not be done for that work. The department may also ask the consultant for concurrent evaluation of any new work put to construction in the period of this contract. 6. Scope of can be increase / decrease up to 20% of contract amount unless otherwise mutually agreed. 7. For general purpose at S.No. 1 of the activity, persons required are Civil Engineer-1. However on electrical engineer shall also be required to accompany the Civil Engineer for inspection to be carried out at finishing level. 8. For general purpose at S.No. 2 of the activity, persons required are Civil Engineer-1.
